The guys at Tint World were super nice and helpful, reviewed options with me, and after picking it up I'm very impressed with how it came out. Three days later I still had a ton of bubbles in EVERY WINDOW tint. So, I told him it was messed up and he said bring it back and they would do it again. Second round of tint application yielded the same results...bubbles in all of the windows and a poor job overall. The owner said to bring it back again (1.3 hrs round trip form me btw). He said this time he would have his best tint guy do the work. Third round of tint application and sure, it got a little better. Instead of several bubbles in every window tint, just a few bubbles in the side windows and a ton of bubbles in the back. So, still a crap job overall. At this point, the owner said he could try again or just take the tint off...but he said there was NO OPTION for a refund. So, I was out $350, and still never got what I paid for. The experience was horrible and even there 'best' tint guy was unable to do a basic tint job correctly. I took it to another place that laughed at the situation and said they will do it right for me or I do not pay. I would not recommend 519 Customz for tint...or anything, since they put money first and customer satisfaction last...and do not know tint.

The day of my appointment, I pulled up to the location and though I was running a few minutes late they were ready for me and all was in order. I walked in, confirmed my options, paid for the services as I was dropping my car off, and left. Martin told me it would be 2-3 hours so I planned my day accordingly. I called at the 2-hour mark and my car was readyyyyyyyyyy!!! Upon arriving back at 519 Customz I was provided my keys and walked to my car and Babeeeeeeeee... OH MY GOSHHHHHHHHHH!!! 519 Customz did an AMAZINGGGGGG Job on my Tint and not only was it sized to the window perfectly, but there were NO Bubbles and no water spots either. I am in love with the work completed by 519 Customz and will be a customer for life.

Price Gouging! 1 Star Avoid This Shop!…read more Extremely disappointing experience. I called ahead to get a quote for my newly purchased 2008 Dodge Charger and was told $320, with a discount available if I showed my receipt since I'm a returning customer. I was also told I could have it done same day. When I arrived to drop off the car, the owner came outside and added an extra $100 because he "has to remove the previous tint" - something that should have been addressed during the initial quote. Fine, I accepted it. The timeline then changed to the next day by 2pm, and he told me to call in the morning to confirm. I called, and he confirmed 2pm. I showed up at 2pm to pick up my car, only to find out the work wasn't even finished because the battery had died. No one bothered to call me. No one attempted to jump it. They just left my car sitting there incomplete. But here's the worst part: while I was sitting there waiting, I overheard the owner say that with "these types of cars" (Chargers), they need to "tax" the customers. So not only was I hit with hidden fees and broken promises, but they're openly admitting to price gouging certain customers. Bait-and-switch pricing, zero communication, and a business owner who brags about overcharging people. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

I texted the main number and got an immediate call back from Mo over at Luminex who apologized and ask me to come to the Luminex shop and they would get me taken care of. The shops are within a mile of each other so no trouble at all. I purchased a Groupon for the Nano Ceramic on the front two windows. I saw a previous review that stated Groupons can only be used during the week. I did not have this experience. There were no issues using it at all. Note: Groupons are good for I believe 35% tinting. You can upgrade this for$50. Mo was great in showing me all options and even let me look through the back windows of his car so I could see the amount of light blockage. It was overcast at the time so it was super helpful because it made me realize, what I wanted to do for my back windows would be much too dark for my vision issues and night time driving. He wasn't pushy or tried to upsell aggressively as some places normally would. In the end, I decided to only do my front windows and windshield to start with. I wanted all windows to be uniform so did 20% on the front windows to match the back, 70% on the windshield and added a 5% strip in the top 6 inches of the windshield. Great news is that there's a 3 year warranty! So I was able to purchase worry free! The windshield was $175 and the added strip was $50. The prices are great in comparison to what I've paid for tinting on other SUVs. From the outside it looks excellent. From the inside you definitely feel the temperature and light difference. Right now it still needs to cure so there are some blurry spots but I was assured with leaving it in the sun for as long as I can this would clear up. Tips I was given was to not roll the windows down, don't use the defroster, and only use the foot level AC for a few days. It's also really nice they placed a DO NOT ROLL DOWN sticker across the window buttons as a reminder. If the tinting doesn't clear up, I'll comeback and amend the review but I have all faith that they will be great! Thanks, Mo! (Hope this is spelled correctly lol) I will definitely be back I'm sure for more work at your shop! Oh I also have to mention that I booked my original appointment with Ali who was great at explaining all options and didn't rush me to get off the phone.
