called two days after I made initial booking for appointment. Although available online, I was given an afternoon appointment instead. Not even ten minutes after getting off the phone with this company, I received a text that they couldn't keep my appointment. instead of trying to reschedule, I was basically told "Good luck". Not to mention I had to repeat everything for the appointment. Waste of time and they called me. felt like there was reluctance because I'm black. My husband surprised me with a new Jeep, and had Auto Tek customize it. They exceeded my dreams with the way my Jeep turned out. My husband showed them a picture of the specific front bumper that we wanted, and the guys found that exact one for us. They did a great job installing the light bars, and toggle switches for them. When I took it back after 5000 miles to get my tires rotated, they were very friendly and had my car out of there in a very short time. I've used these guys twice for minor customizations to my ride. But it becomes clear they do a lot of major stuff to customize a lot of very cool vehicles. Everything from truck mods, to window tinting, to custom interiors, to bed-liners and tonneau covers. They even do cool things for motorcycles. And they've been in the business for years. So I recently had to buy a new vehicle and decided to go with a wrangler that had a 2.5 inch lift kit. Since I bought it, there had been a rattle in the front end. Autotek, did a hell of a job on the lift kit on my truck. They were knowledgeable in helping me find the right kit, wheels and tires as well as other accessories. There was no pressure to buy something or purchase right away, and the staff was very professional. From my experience they have the lowest prices for the total cost of a lift kit install. I went to other places to get quotes and Autotek was about $2k cheaper than the other places. It only took them 2 days to install the lift kit. It looks great and they did a great job, will be back for more upgrades. I recommend this shop. read more

They have done many custom jobs on our jeep and spent several hours helping me when (for some crazy reason) I try to install things my self lol!!! We would never use anyone else! It was a very fast and proffessional service. *** My review is about the customer service of auto tek and NOT about their products. Back in March (2016) I brought my car in to get it tinted. Total 5 windows tinted. Goes as planned and they finished in about 3.5 hours, excellent. 2 days later the back tint starts to roll. I go back to the shop and have them fix the problem. While fixing the problem, they noticed a defect on the left tint and decide to re do it. A week later and I notice small particles trapped under the tinting of the side tint and also some air pockets from the back tint. I bring it BACK to the shop but they said I need to set up an appointment almost a month later to get it fixed. During the examination of the defects one of the guys said he'd rather not have to redo the back window.. And rather leave the particles trapped between the tinting. (They eventually redid them both.) I left with my appointment scheduled and I went back in May. They finished in about 2 hours but the amount of scratches on my rear brake lights is unbearable. to this day I have not returned to get it fixed. But there are still some tiny bubbles on the back window. read more
