He talked me through all of my options and what they could potentially look like on my vehicle and he was super nice and very quick. I was there for all about 30 to 35 minutes. And the tent comes with a lifetime warranty, which is awesome when it comes to defects. And he did a really great job. And by the way, he was the cheapest that I found in about a 30mile radius. I called ahead to get a quote for my newly purchased 2008 Dodge Charger and was told $320, with a discount available if I showed my receipt since I'm a returning customer. I was also told I could have it done same day. When I arrived to drop off the car, the owner came outside and added an extra $100 because he "has to remove the previous tint" - something that should have been addressed during the initial quote. Fine, I accepted it. The timeline then changed to the next day by 2pm, and he told me to call in the morning to confirm. I called, and he confirmed 2pm. I showed up at 2pm to pick up my car, only to find out the work wasn't even finished because the battery had died. No one bothered to call me. No one attempted to jump it. They just left my car sitting there incomplete. But here's the worst part: while I was sitting there waiting, I overheard the owner say that with "these types of cars" (Chargers), they need to "tax" the customers. So not only was I hit with hidden fees and broken promises, but they're openly admitting to price gouging certain customers. Bait-and-switch pricing, zero communication, and a business owner who brags about overcharging people. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

We had the window replaced and later took it to "The Future Window Tinting" on Wesley Chapel Road in Decatur GA for tinting. The owner, John, was very professional and courteous and did a fantastic job tinting the window. Doing the time there, we experienced problems with the car and could not move it out of his work area.
