Red flag number 1: The lady who works there had an attitude this morning not sure if she rolled out of bed on the wrong side, but she was kind of rude. Red flag number 2: She also gave me one price over the phone but once I got to the shop it was a different price. Not sure if she was trying to get over but again I didn't really care just wanted to get the tints off. Lastly she asked me if I was ready to pay because my car was finished and I said yes. Then she walked to the back for like ten minutes like wth. Anyways I say this to say I think the people in the back did a fast job on my car but to not tell me they scratched my window is mad disrespectful. I was gonna go back to get my windows tinted but I'm definitely not. I'd give this place a 2.5 not a 3 though

Majestic actually did the tint on a previous vehicle and I received the same great service. The technician explained the options I had and finished the work in under an hour. The part is that they are mobile so they were able to come to my house, they even have appointments on Saturday. The best part is they placed a neon piece of tape over my window buttons so that didn't forget about not rolling the windows down for a couple days. I will definitely use Majestic again for my next vehicle and I recommend them to everyone.

*** edit Autotek has since reached out and provided exceptional service. They looked at the damage…read moreand agreed to replace the brake light. It was a very fast and proffessional service. *** My review is about the customer service of auto tek and NOT about their products. Back in March (2016) I brought my car in to get it tinted. Total 5 windows tinted. Goes as planned and they finished in about 3.5 hours, excellent. 2 days later the back tint starts to roll. I go back to the shop and have them fix the problem. While fixing the problem, they noticed a defect on the left tint and decide to re do it. A week later and I notice small particles trapped under the tinting of the side tint and also some air pockets from the back tint. I bring it BACK to the shop but they said I need to set up an appointment almost a month later to get it fixed. During the examination of the defects one of the guys said he'd rather not have to redo the back window.. And rather leave the particles trapped between the tinting. (They eventually redid them both.) I left with my appointment scheduled and I went back in May. They finished in about 2 hours but the amount of scratches on my rear brake lights is unbearable. to this day I have not returned to get it fixed. But there are still some tiny bubbles on the back window.
