It brought the black paint back to a deep mirror finish, eliminated a lot of the scratches, and honestly made it look years newer, all for a very reasonable price. His whole team is just as friendly. They brought us back into the shop to show us the work they were doing on our car, which no detailer has ever done for us. And there is zero upselling. I'm a repeat customer. My car is a couple months old. I've had window tint applied to my entire car, after having it for about a week, then added a windshield protection film, which has already paid for itself. The window tint greatly reduces the amount of heat in the car and protects the interior from fading. Today I picked up my car after having it ceramic coated. The quality of the work was stellar, above and beyond expectations. The crew was able to correct paint blemishes from the factory that I thought could not be done, and did a wonderful job on the few bug splatters on the hood. My son had his windows tinted there yesterday. I checked his out and they looked really good. So I called today to make an appointment and the rep said come on in we can do it now. I went in cusservice was great. The rep had an awesome presentation, professional and the price was right. The facilities were neat, clean and very comfortable while waiting. They offered coffee and snacks free. An hour and a half or so later they were done. The windows look great and I' m very happy with the overall experience. Highly recommended them. read more

They were fast friendly with excellent service and did a great job on my tint as well. They have a very comfortable and luxurious waiting area with plenty of snacks and refreshments. They also thoroughly explained the different tint films and even let you feel the difference between each one. I got the XR-plus film and it's definitely worth the couple extra dollars than the basic film. I no longer have to deal with the sun heat on my skin, eyes, steering wheel, or seatbelts so I'm especially happy about all of that. Thank you guys! read more

I called ahead to get a quote for my newly purchased 2008 Dodge Charger and was told $320, with a discount available if I showed my receipt since I'm a returning customer. I was also told I could have it done same day. When I arrived to drop off the car, the owner came outside and added an extra $100 because he "has to remove the previous tint" - something that should have been addressed during the initial quote. Fine, I accepted it. The timeline then changed to the next day by 2pm, and he told me to call in the morning to confirm. I called, and he confirmed 2pm. I showed up at 2pm to pick up my car, only to find out the work wasn't even finished because the battery had died. No one bothered to call me. No one attempted to jump it. They just left my car sitting there incomplete. But here's the worst part: while I was sitting there waiting, I overheard the owner say that with "these types of cars" (Chargers), they need to "tax" the customers. So not only was I hit with hidden fees and broken promises, but they're openly admitting to price gouging certain customers. Bait-and-switch pricing, zero communication, and a business owner who brags about overcharging people. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

It's far from a dealbreaker.
