When I explained to the manager that I was being charged twice, he just brushed me off as an idiot trying to get over on them. My bank finally got everything straight, and reimbursed me the $114. Even though it was 'just' the Basic Package, he did a FANTASTIC job, no cutting corners at the end of the day. And even doing my best job at a wash and wax, I never brought out the shine and sparkle that he coaxed out of it. The only negative thing I can say is now I'm seriously considering when I can have him back to tackle my F-150!
