I've been coming to Eagles Landing Auto Spa for over 10 years, and I've always had a great experience. I honestly don't know what some of the negative reviews are talking about because the service has consistently been excellent for me. I recently brought my Tesla Model 3 in, and they had about four people working on it. They cleaned it inside and out, and my car looked amazing when they finished. The entire process took around 10-15 minutes, which was impressive considering the quality of the work. I paid $47 for the wash and was so pleased with the service that I tipped the team. It's always something half done or done incorrectly. My vent this time, but I should've posted long ago. Half done(s) ... interior not vacuumed completely; rims half cleaned Incorrectly done ... stop stupidly wiping interior windows with oily rags; smears cause impaired / awful visibility especially when lights / sun hit at a certain angle. . And yes, I paid for interior service. They just chose to do less than. I wish @yelp would allow customers to tag at least 3 direct referrals (within same category, of course) to subpar reviews. Spent $47.00 on full service. The service was rushed and I had to re-vacuum my truck once I got home. The tires and wheels were not cleaned at all. I definitely would not recommend and will never go back again. read more

I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at Eagles Landing Auto Spa. It was clear that the job was rushed, and the quality of work did not meet expectations. After paying for a full service, I still had to go over and vacuum my car myself because they didn't do it properly. On top of that, I had to wipe and re-wipe the interior including the steering wheel since they barely touched it. I have been here 3 other times and the car was cleaned well. This time was a different story. My mats were left muddy, wet, and dirty. The chrome surrounding my cup holders is also now peeling. I called the manager 3 times. 2 of which there was no answer and a "voicemail is full" message greeted me. Whenever I finally got ahold of her, she blamed me for the cup holder, despite my assurance it was not peeling prior. She said there is nothing that would have caused that whatsoever... which must not be true because it's peeling off now! Reasonable prices here. I have only been to this car wash twice, however the first time was not a great experience. I paid $30 for a hand wash and interior cleaning but had to bring my car back because they did not do a good job. There were still a lot of dirty spots that they missed and vacuuming job was rushed. I recently decided to give this place another try because of its convenience. This time I got the regular wash and interior cleaning for $22. Price was not bad. The machines did an okay job at getting the exterior cleaned and the interior vacuuming and cleaning was a lot better than last time. However they did not vacuum under my drivers seat or the trunk like I requested. Still did a pretty good job so I decided to give this place three stars. Workers are polite and at the end you have an option of getting air freshener. The waiting area is also every spacious inside with comfortable seating. read more

This place used to mean something. It was run effectively and it was a pleasure to visit. Nowadays is a hodgepodge of sorts with low paid workers milling around. Indoors you can find a variety of snacks, awkwardly displayed in different places and a plethora of cheaply made face masks and of course car accessories that are not even worth looking at. The interior an unaesthetic environment (old furniture, ugly gray colored walls, coffee machine with no coffee but plenty of cream and sugar, sink with no soap or paper towels, etc.). The interior is so unwelcoming that you will most likely prefer to be outside. But you might say that you're not there for the interior but I say that it tells a lot about who owns the place. Outdoors it's very messy. You would think with that that many workers they could spare one person to go around picking up stray trash so that it doesn't end up in the street or surrounding areas but no. Through the years that the car wash reopened I've gotten my cars washed there and while they're washed and cleaned pretty quick the workers are not very detail oriented. Sometimes they will manhandle your car and open and/or close doors roughly. If you point out a mistake (aka "spot check them") they might clean it OR they will say that if you want something very clean then you should go ahead and pay for a detail. Now mind you, I did get a detail (paid $160) and guess what, what I basically got was a regular car wash with a very superficial type of interior cleaning, so much so that they didn't even clean the front console (owner claimed how is she supposed to know it was there, like really? washing cars is your business and you don't know where front consoles usually are??), glove compartment, door interiors, sides and back of all leather seats, and several other interior and exterior places throughout my SUV. When I initially dropped it off told me to give them 2 hours but they ended taking a little longer which I thought well that must mean that they're doing a really good job cleaning it. What a joke!! When I came to pick it up and pointed out all of their cleaning omissions, the owner spent more than an hour cleaning all the areas they had overlooked. Mind you my car was supped to be ready for me to just come and pick it up! But instead I spent an hour of my day making sure that she did it right. This should've not happened, particularly because I am a regular and they know that I'm particular about cleanliness however she never apologized, she didn't offer a discount or try in some way to make it right. Also supposedly they had washed the carpet but I'm 99.9% they did not. They banked on the fact that my SUV's carpet is black and I'm pretty sure they just wet it. read more

But if you want quality (which is what I usually pay for) this is not the place. We have 2 new cars that always get hand wash, our thought was hand wash will be better. Was looking for a hand car wash in the area. This place is relatively close to my home so I decided to try it out. The staff was very friendly. They even offer a 10% discount for military. I like the fact that they use clean towels instead of reusing old ones. One thing that I noticed was that my car wasn't dried well. There were water spots on my front doors on both sides. Paying $30 for a car wash... I definitely don't expect to have dry water marks. I will give them another try simply because I am sure it was an over sight. read more

We usually have great service. This month was an exception. My wife went 6/5 and I went 6/20. My wife's vehicle had some tar on the sides of her vehicle from some road work. They half way attempted to remove it, but she was told that she needed to leave, because they were getting backed up. She was there around 10:30 am. I went around lunch time. I arrived at this place with my rear view mirror attached to my windshield. While I was getting my car cleaned, a lady who worked there came to me and said, "your rear view mirror fell down." I've never had this happen to me before, but they told me somebody previously tried to glue it on and they didn't do it. I've had my truck since 2005 and my mirror has NEVER fallen. I will NEVER bring my truck their again! The POOREST customer service I've ever received from an establishment. I've been here a few times and have received pretty good service. They are usually pretty quick which is a good thing and a bad thing. Sometimes they can clean the car so quickly, they don't pay attention to detail. I can however appreciate the massage chairs located inside. It's very comfortable while waiting on your car. They have drinks and snacks for sale as well. The prices are decent. The customer service can go from good to mediocre depending on who is working the front desk. So I came here on a reference, which I love to do because that means someone I know and trust had a good experience. So when I got there, the sign in the back only has the wash options on the sign, so I didn't know about the detail packages. I asked for the Supreme choice (most expensive one). Then I sat and waited. Trina came in and I asked her to wash the front carpets and she added that into the package. Then her brother came in and told me I needed front light buffering (which I did). So that was an extra $45 to the $36 package. Well, when they were done - I went into the car and checked it out. The cup holders were filthy, the gear shifter was filthy, the hand brake was filthy, the inside of the mirror was still marked up with old parking sticker marks, the leather seats were filthy (coffee stains still on it), the back seat still had the garbage I left on it because I knew I was getting a wash and etc. I'm not usually this dirty but I just completed a 5 day road trip, so you can imagine. So I grabbed a rag myself and started wiping down the seats in the back and the hand brake and etc. I asked Trina about this and she said that there would have been a more thorough cleaning had I paid for the detailing package. Ummm... I was already paying over $80 and put in $12 for tips - I would assume that my wash would be thorough enough. Anyway, if I had such a bad experience why do I leave a 3 star rating? Well, because when I pointed out the dirtiness left behind after the cleaning - Trina herself and another employee went in and did another 10 minutes of cleaning. Also, the buffing of my headlights came out awesome! Due to the great customer service, I will return again. They were great, I dropped the car off and when I picked it up a young man walked to the car with my husband and me to look over the car. It looked like a NEW car!. They were even able to remove a spot on a rug that we had been told would NOT come out. The young man touched up one or 2 spots and was extremely friendly. We will definitely go BACK! read more

READ THIS BEFORE GOING TO THIS CAR WASH!!! I took my brand new Ford to this car wash 2 days ago. The car wash bent the back wiper blade and ruined the wiper. They tried to fix it on the spot, but ended up making it worse. They assured me they would take care of it. When I took it to Ford, they had bent the blade and there was no wiper left. It cost $89 to fix and when I took the receipt to them, they told me they would not honor their promise to pay for it. They said THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THE MACHINE OR THAT THE PERSONNEL DO TO THE CAR. read more

I've been here two times now. Once on a Saturday morning and another time after work on a weekday. I got a hand wash the first time and full interior cleaning. The second time I just got an exterior wash and hand dry. Their location is great, they are quick and efficient , they also have great monthly plans if you come a lot. They have a lot of regulars and their pricing is decent. On the inside there's plenty of seating, computers, free wifi, and massage chairs for the customers. They do a great job every time I go, I'm not super picky like examining my car for details. It looks good to me and I haven't ever noticed anything that they've missed or didn't do. I'll be back again for a wax so I will update my review at a later date. Definitely give it this place a try! Why the 4 stars? The hand wash and interior cleaning took between 45 mins- 1 hour when I was one of the first customers there on a Saturday morning. Not a huge inconvenience though. read more

This review is ONLY about the car wash/detail services. These people do a wonderful job and they know how to listen. I purchased one of their packages but declined 2 of the services(I didn't want all that spray goop on my tires and dashboard). They did exactly as I asked and the vehicle looks great. Except for the wash-'n-go, their packages are a little pricey. That's not a complaint-just be ready to pay a little extra for premium quality service. One of the people went over the whole car to make sure I was happy and even showed me some minor carpet stains, which they could treat for an extra ten dollars. I declined but at least they reviewed their own work. I highly recommend this family run business. The best part, IMHO: I didn't get any snotty looks or comments from any of the employees but "thank you" from all of them. This place has my business forever. It is well worth the price. read more

I went there for the first time yesterday and I was simply amazed!! Their customer service skills were excellent!! I was shocked to see free massage chairs, a little computer station, and a snacks on the inside. I absolutely loved the massage chairs and my husband enjoyed playing games on the computer while we waited. We were in and out within 20 minutes and I drive a Dodge Durango so I was amazed that they were done so quickly and my vehicle was super clean. I didn't have to tell them to go over any spots or anything. Being a mommy of four my car should have been a challenge but they honestly cleaned it to perfection, and this is the only place I will take my car to be cleaned and the prices were affordable and economical. read more

We took one of our vehicles to be washed and cleaned even paid ten dollars extra for certain things. Our car came out still dirty and they didn't do the inside as well as they should of plus when they were done my drivers side door had quite a few small scratches.
