My entire Saturday morning wasted sitting around waiting for him to show up and he couldn't be bothered to contact me or respond at any point during the morning to tell me he couldn't make it. Seeing the extent of the staining and red clay in the carpet, he had to revise his estimate, but it was fair for the amount of work that needed to be done. He has a truck that has a steamer on board and was able to steam clean the entire interior and WOW!!!!!! it looks and feels like a new car. And the smell is GONE!!!!! He is very meticulous and VERY detailed and HIGHLY recommended for a deep clean!!!
