This morning I pulled out my cellphone and checked for the car wash nearest to me. Maurice's Xtra Kleen Hand Car Wash came up. I drove to the establishment. I pulled into the driveway. I was a little confused because it looked liked a Do It Yourself Car Wash. However, it was actually a hand car wash. I purchased the inside and outside car wash package for $30. When they informed me that my car was finished, I was absolutely amazed at the outstanding job that was done. In fact, I can honestly say that is the cleanest my car has ever been washed by any previous car wash. Whenever I'm back in Atlanta, GA, I am getting my car wash at this establishment. At first, I was a bit skeptical about trying out a waterless wash, but the owner, Martha, took the time explain the products and their patented waterless process, and assured me that my car would be returned in better condition than when I bought it. On my way into work, I dropped my car at the Red Deck. It was coated in about two months worth of dust and pollen. The interior had not been cleaned in six months since I purchased the car. Don't judge, a girl is always on the go! I opted for the clay bar, wash, wax and interior detailing, and returned at lunch to find my car detailed to perfection. I am beyond impressed with their level of care and attention to detail. After this, I will never opt for an auto-wash, especially with the membership perks they offer. The top was a real mess and I wasn't sure that even a good washing could fix it. I really didn't want to have it repainted. I am here to tell you, that when I picked it up, I couldn't tell that it was even my car. Spotless is an understatement. They know their business and they were genuinely happy to please me. Get it washed all the time and always will (FYI a wash every other month keeps your car from looking like a hoopty). They cleaned it inside and outside in less than 30 minutes, as promised. They wiped and cleaned every nook and cranny and I am very grateful for that. At most car washes I find a place or two that could have been cleaner and think, well nobody is perfect: but not at Luxury Wash. Very happy and satisfied with my shiny, clean car. The outside appearance of this place could use a touch up but it's clean and everyone was friendly. I'm not worried about the dilapidated look of a building when my car looks amazing after they are done with it. Bottom Line: do not hesitate, bring your car by for some clean loving!

I paid $40 for a premium car wash that includes an "express wax". When my car was returned to me it was still wet, and it had bird droppings still on it. That must be a "line" they are trained to tell customers when they don't clean a car well? How do you get oxidation on glass? The bird droppings were from 2 days before. It was very obvious that NO wax was ever applied to my car. He never even tried to wipe the spots with a cloth he had in his hand! I left a message for the manager yesterday and got no return call.
