This morning I pulled out my cellphone and checked for the car wash nearest to me. Maurice's Xtra Kleen Hand Car Wash came up. I drove to the establishment. I pulled into the driveway. I was a little confused because it looked liked a Do It Yourself Car Wash. However, it was actually a hand car wash. I purchased the inside and outside car wash package for $30. When they informed me that my car was finished, I was absolutely amazed at the outstanding job that was done. In fact, I can honestly say that is the cleanest my car has ever been washed by any previous car wash. Whenever I'm back in Atlanta, GA, I am getting my car wash at this establishment. However, they said they were going to be at the office at 1pm and they didn't make it to the office until a little after 2pm which meant I had to rush them at the end because by 5pm they still weren't done. At first, I was a bit skeptical about trying out a waterless wash, but the owner, Martha, took the time explain the products and their patented waterless process, and assured me that my car would be returned in better condition than when I bought it. On my way into work, I dropped my car at the Red Deck. It was coated in about two months worth of dust and pollen. The interior had not been cleaned in six months since I purchased the car. Don't judge, a girl is always on the go! I opted for the clay bar, wash, wax and interior detailing, and returned at lunch to find my car detailed to perfection. I am beyond impressed with their level of care and attention to detail. After this, I will never opt for an auto-wash, especially with the membership perks they offer.
