I decided to go with the upgraded package (the Executive?) to get the built-up detritus and dirt cleaned as best as possible. Making the appointment with the friendly young lady who answered my call was quite easy. My appointment was for 11:00 am this morning. The guy who was assigned my cars, JD, let me know he would be 10 minutes late. I told JD, ten minutes late is not late in my view. He said he prides himself in being punctual. That's commendable! JD spent 6 hours cleaning the two cars. He worked his tail off! No standing around, no goofing off, he stayed at it. And when he was done my cars looked brand spanking new. Just an excellent job. He was also very communicative throughout the afternoon, letting me know how things were going. He's a nice, hard-working and diligent young man. I couldn't be more pleased with the job he did. Long story short - I definitely recommend both CarWax and JD.

However, even though I didn't have a mobile appointment, Johnnie stated if I came to his location he would take care of me. & that he did. I've been in a rental SUV for over a month through various elements - Johnnie & Ronnie made the vehicle look brand new. The finishing touch of air fresheners in the vents & the leather seats thoroughly cleaned was worth the $40. While the cleaning was in process, I went across the street to Dollar General to past the time. About a 1/2 hour later, Johnnie came inside with my keys & told me I was good to go. Talk about great customer service & being happy with the outcome went hand and hand. I have now been summoned to set up family member's vehicles to get serviced, which will be easy to do on their website. I'll see Johnnie a few times over before heading back home.

Signs are clear from the road where the car wash is and the entrance. They also have prices listed as well as what comes with those so you don't have to wonder what all you are getting. I went on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm and it wasn't too busy. They had two people working. A lady washing the exterior of the car and a man vacuuming and detailing the inside. This car wash is all done by hand which is good. If you want an exterior wash only for a non SUV car it's $15. For an exterior and interior wash it is $25 and up depending on what all you want. The price for SUVs is more expensive versus a regular sized car. They take both cash and card. I wouldn't say that there is customer service here per say in the sense that the two that were working were both busy cleaning cars. So you have to basically stay in your car and pull it up when they are done with the next car at least that's what I did. I also wasn't really greeted or given information about the car wash types etc. It's probably best you know what car wash you want so that you can tell them. I stated which one i wanted by telling them the price of it. The waiting area is outside. They have plastics chairs some under a covering and others not. It took about an hour to get my car washed from the time I pulled up to the time I drove off. I can say they cleaned it pretty well and I was satisfied with the service. I would consider using them again.
