So I never realized that I could purchase a monthly pass to have my car washed every.single.day! I…read morewas used to paying $20+ for the once in a while car wash, but I never had it done that often, because $20 each time adds up. Well now for $20 a month (base plan), $40 (premium plan) I can run my brand new car through the tunnel once a day and trust me, during pollen season I was there every morning just after I dropped my daughter off at school! Now that the pollen isn't as bad, I probably run my car through 2-3 times a week, and will make use of the free vacuums and drying towels maybe every other time. During the school year, I was going when they first opened in the morning, now I generally try to go early in the day, or very late afternoon/evening as I find these the quieter times. A nice weekend day, and the place is crazy busy and trying to find a vacuum bay can be near impossible. All the employees are very friendly and helpful, so if there is a glitch or a problem, they get it sorted out. I love that my new car is looking so clean every day, and having the monthly pass saves me $$.

However, when I left and the sun shone on my windshield and other windows there was a hazy film on them. I came home and cleaned my windshield. I went back on Wednesday, told the attendant about the issue, showed him the driver's side window. He offered a free wash. I did that. When I left the windows looked exactly as they had on Monday. I could even see the "stripes" where the machine had wiped across them - still hazy!

Anyways, Marty wanted me to work over a holiday wknd. Which I do not work weekends & im not paid to work wknds. He then fired me because I was unavailable. He also blamed it on my grandmothers death who passed away one month ago. They are sick people. Don't support this business! Check out the attachment that I emailed him. He fired me the next day w/o reason. Never had a problem here. Never was reprimanded. I did a lot for them. Clearly they don't value anyone who contributes to this company and they love to fire ppl. I'm picky about this since I run a business and it's the fastest way to piss of a budget conscience loyal customer. Their wash was very thorough and detailed. That day they offered a $12 exterior or a $20 exterior and interior. I got the interior/exterior package was very pleased. My car is 10 years old and I still take pride in it. Get it washed all the time and always will (FYI a wash every other month keeps your car from looking like a hoopty). They cleaned it inside and outside in less than 30 minutes, as promised. They wiped and cleaned every nook and cranny and I am very grateful for that. At most car washes I find a place or two that could have been cleaner and think, well nobody is perfect: but not at Luxury Wash. Very happy and satisfied with my shiny, clean car. The outside appearance of this place could use a touch up but it's clean and everyone was friendly. All ProntoWashes are not owned by the same people. This particular location moved from a spot behind Lenox Mall. A hotel was put in it's place so I had to hunt for them. Last night at the braves game, I parked in the Green Deck (a free up to 2 hour deck) at the battery. I chose to park in the ProntoWash spots and pay $30 to have my car washed while enjoying a team event with my colleagues. When I returned to my car a couple hours later, I was displeased to discover that my car was COVERED in residue and just looked like someone rubbed a wet rag over my exterior and threw some tire shine on for good measure. A pig with Lipstick, if you may. I literally cannot see out of my side mirrors when lights shine on in the dark. I immediately sent a FB message - which was IGNORED. I could see that they read it and chose not to respond. OK WHAT? I just called on my lunch break and was combated with "your car was in terrible shape and we hand washed that car, we have videos of the before" (I asked to see and they never sent them). And that I was "paying for parking" (I was paying for the carwash in a free lot). Regardless there are 2 points here: 1. This is not true, I have my car washed every two weeks at the Two Minit Car Wash on piedmont for $20 (in AND out wash). I reasoned with their pricing by considering $10 for parking plus $20 for a wash. 2. Even if my car was that dirty, isn't that WHY I would go? Seriously, what kind of excuse is that? This was the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. She told me I was free to dispute the charge, that I was disrespectful, and without saying "you're wrong, I'm right", countered EVERYTHING I had to say. Signs are clear from the road where the car wash is and the entrance. They also have prices listed as well as what comes with those so you don't have to wonder what all you are getting. I went on a Sunday afternoon around 1pm and it wasn't too busy. They had two people working. A lady washing the exterior of the car and a man vacuuming and detailing the inside. This car wash is all done by hand which is good. If you want an exterior wash only for a non SUV car it's $15. For an exterior and interior wash it is $25 and up depending on what all you want. The price for SUVs is more expensive versus a regular sized car. They take both cash and card. I wouldn't say that there is customer service here per say in the sense that the two that were working were both busy cleaning cars. So you have to basically stay in your car and pull it up when they are done with the next car at least that's what I did. I also wasn't really greeted or given information about the car wash types etc. It's probably best you know what car wash you want so that you can tell them. I stated which one i wanted by telling them the price of it. The waiting area is outside. They have plastics chairs some under a covering and others not. It took about an hour to get my car washed from the time I pulled up to the time I drove off. I can say they cleaned it pretty well and I was satisfied with the service. I would consider using them again.

Took a seat outside for a bit, and when they pulled my car to the final section to get wiped down, I went inside to pay. A few minutes later, a young man opened my door, let me look around, and was very courteous as he told me to have a good day. The inside was clean, smelled nice without being overwhelming. Exterior looked nice as well. No complaints, and I'll definitely be back.
