I showed up on 3/25/24 so that the installers could take a look at my truck, and the clerk at the register told me that I was not in the system. I was surprised but I was willing to get input into the system as I had time. After an unusually difficult process of the clerk making a call and getting info from I guess the owner, I was given a new quote of $561. Unfortunately, I did not have the appetite for the scheduling issue and a price adjustment, so I left as there are alternatives that are just as good if not better. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE

When I came back to have the creaking checked out, they charged me $700 for replacement parts and services that didn't even fix the issue and kept my car for 4 days because they kept ordering the same part that wasn't even needed. Please beware, especially if you're a female. The owner, Chris, made comments towards me such as, "You know how you women are" and gave me a small lecture on how I should know the workings of a car, which is interesting considering their job is to fix cars and they weren't able to diagnose or fix the creaking that came from their original job.
