He made an itemized receipt up on the spot when I wanted a refund. Didn't even include the kicker comp r speaker.

This is a long one. I apologize but I need to be heard. I just bought my car and wanted a little bit more bass (beat). I found these guys through google search, I called and the owner seemed very knowledgeable about systems-- He quoted me a price of 425.00 (all parts, labor, everything included). Great pricing right? So I set my appointment time for 1:30 pm and was there promptly. I waited around for about a good 45 mins (maybe more) for them to start work on my car. They started on my car at about 2:30. Fast forwarding to the end of installation, I had the bass that I wanted with one small problem that they could not seem to fix. My engine was revving through my speaker. It created this very loud and obnoxious noise when I started my car and when I pulled off. He explained to me that I was missing a part and that he would order it-- also told me that when the part makes it in that he would give me a call. He tried to make me pay for the part upfront which I didn't even have installed. Which brought my total out to about $528 and some change. I ended up telling him I would like to pay for services that were rendered. My total came down to $470.65- I paid $190 in cash, and $280.65 on my bank card. He sent me a receipt for the bank card transaction but didn't provide me a receipt for my cash payment, nor an itemized receipt explaining all the parts and pieces that he'd just installed on my car. I NEVER received a call. So after about a month or so of dealing with the noise I requested a refund through my bank for the $280.65 and they honored it. Since he uses PayPal it lets him know that someone has requested a refund. LOW AND BEHOLD I GET AN UNKOWN CALLER. I didn't answer because the number was unfamiliar, but I got a text message stating the following, "Anissa Townsend this is Claude from Complete Sound. I'm inquiring about a recent charge back to our account on service rendered. Please give us a call back or we will be required to file a theft of services warrant" At this point I'm like he can call about a refund but can't call me about a part HE KNEW I WAS MISSING AND KNEW THE SOUND THAT MY CAR WAS MAKING THROUGH THE AMP. I stated that I would be in for him to take the system out but instead I ended up getting the system uninstalled professionally by Sound Proof in douglasville. So it could be no hassle in getting the rest of my money back. So today, I go in at 11:00 am, literally waiting around until 1:30 pm for him to sit and talk with me about the issue. He fussed me out about "communication is key" (funny right because he didn't even call about my missing part) He didn't know that I had the system uninstalled, he had my missing part right on his desk too. Once he got the system out he was inquiring about how much I had paid to have it removed and stated that he would have done it for "free", I honestly didn't even want to sit around and wait for them uninstall it which is why I had it removed early on. HASSLE FREE. The part that really took me out was when he printed out my itemized receipt (that he'd just made up on the spot) it didn't even include pricing for the actual amp which was a kicker comp R. It included the output converter, 4 gauge amp kit and labor. Everything equaling out to the 280.65 that was charged on my card. Printed out the receipt stating that a full refund had been given on the card charge part. Even tried to say I owed him $22 and some change for labor. At this point labor is equaling out to be $212 and some change. Because he still had my $190 cash that he didn't give back and didn't want to give back. Best Buy has lower prices than him when it comes to installation fees, because as we speak Best Buy is charging me $119.00 for my system installation. Complete sound and protection fees for installing is 85 dollars per hour. Which he said he took 2.5 hours to do the install. That was a lie it was longer than that because I didn't leave them until about 6:00 and I'd gotten there at 1:30- due to the fact that they could not fix the problem. All in all, I'm super disappointed. No stars. I paid 470.65 for everything.

Great service and real friendly staff. Claude and his team installed my new radio on a Sunday on short notice. As others mentioned, Claude explained the parts needed clearly, as well as the price, which was much more reasonable than other installers. Everything works great including steering wheel functions, backup camera, and rear TV screen. Claude even had my Yukon cleaned after the install. Would certainly return again for any other audio/visual needs or just a car wash.

Claude and team did an excellent job creating a solution for my old school car. Car sounds Amazing! Don't be put off by address, very knowledgeable professional installation. I would highly reccom
