It became clear that he was inexperienced installation and careless in his service. Also showed no remorse and failed to assume responsibility for any of his actions. Specifically: 1) He was over 30 minutes late and didn't bother to notify me that he would be late for the appointment. When I reached out to himX that's when I learned that he'd be late. Did t even bother to apologize for lack of consideration of my time. 2) He initially installed the back up camera upside down and tried to first tell me that is the way the camera should be until I insisted something was wrong. He then realized the camera was installed incorrectly AFTER he had already drilled holes into the frame to mount the camera. He then had to change the location with new drilled holes. 3) when installed the radio, he didn't flush the radio and again tried to explain that it was installed correctly, only to have to redo the setting of the radio correctly. 4) Failed to reconnect the radio antenna causing him to come back and connect the antenna. 5) Literally broke the dash console when prying it up to reconnect the wires to the radio. As I am sitting right there, I witness him break the console but he denied doing so and said it was like that prior to him working on the job. This was clearly dishonest and I know my truck and knew it had not been broken and that I had witnessed first hand him breaking the console. I had to purchase a whole new console which cost me money. 6) failed to reset airbag light after he removed the console and claimed that the airbag light was on before he started working on the vehicle. Again, this was NOT true. Because of the above and lack of ANY responsibility for anything, I wouldn't recommend him for anything.

I had a double-din installed by a family member last year and months after I began to hear an intermittent high pitched sound from my speakers. Unfortunately, just like going to a doctor for something that pains you, the sound was no where to be found once I needed a diagnosis. The high pitched sound never came on while I was at the shop. Luckily, I had recorded it on several occasions, so I was able to provide those clips to Claude. Long story less long, he was able to fix the problem by process of elimination, and it did not cost the arm and leg that I assumed it might. So happy with the end result! Thank you, Claude. The owner is one of the most honest and truthful salesman I know and WILL LET YOUR ASS HAVE IT if you come talking crazy to him. At least do a little research on what your trying to do before you ask him a question cause he will tell you how and why not to do something stupid with your system. He's not a total barbarian, he gives you straight up resolves to your car audio needs. He also has some of the best installers in the game. Your system will sound like it's never sounded before.
