First off, he spoke with my mother previously and quite a price for install of components and then asked to see what we had to confirm cost quoted. My son, who the install would be for, took components to show and was basically told that after spending $1000 for everything, we actually had junk and tried telling him he needed several other high dollar items, which I know for a fact we don't need, especially if we weren't going for loud thumping bass and I purchased everything we needed for a CarPlay, tweeters for the front doors, back main speakers and a kicker sub/amop box with all wiring, harnesses and additional hardware. After he saw items and tried charging for other unneeded components his price went from a couple hi dollars to a grand - I know for a fact Best Buy can and will do it for $300 currently but I have to wait over a month to get work done. Next time, Joe, ask what your potenti customers are wanting out of the new system and don't insult their purchase...not a way to win loyal or even first time customers.I mean, if you were looking for good tips to be suc that is. A couple of years ago, my 2012 Ford Escape needed some rear speakers. I drove by Auto-n-Audio to and from work, but never really paid it much attention until I needed the speakers. I dropped by one day and talked with Joe about them, he gave me a price and told me which day to drop it off. I couldn't be happier with speakers and the price. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when we decided to put a new radio and speakers in our Class C RV. I called Joe (I still had his number in my contacts) and he said he'd be happy to do it. We dropped it off on a Friday night, and Joe had it ready for us by Saturday evening. The stereo sounds AMAZING! Plus it has bluetooth hands-free and even for an open cabin like a Class C, the mic sounds like you are talking right into your phone. We could not be happier. I found Auto-n-Audio through Google and went to them because of the 5 star reviews and they all said he did good work and had fair prices. My son bought a radio through Crutchfield and tried to install it with a friend. Several days later, I decided to take it to a pro before they too much damage. Joe didn't know how much it would take to fix it because he didn't know if there was any damage. He called me when it was done and could have easily made it out to be more than it was. This place is at the corner of Rosebud Rd and 78 behind BP in the same mini strip center where the Japanese Restuarant used to be. When I drove up to Auto N Auto, there was a sign on the door saying they were on vacation, and to text a phone number for more information. It ended up being the owner's work phone and he got back to me immediately and even took the time to try to figure out what was wrong with my stereo. After he got back from vacation, he had a consultation with me to discuss the game plan and the next day, he had me a stereo that actual way better than my factory stereo and it worked unlike my old factory stereo. I dropped my vehicle off for the owner whom I have mentioned named Joe to install my stereo amongst other things. He kept me updated on his progress via text message so everything would be documented and even took the time to send me pictures if he had any questions where to install something and to show his progress. Joe is very thorough and very detail oriented. In customer relations these days, it is hard to find employees that are professional and thorough and very detailed oriented. He even noticed I had a burned out tail light and told me which was very courteous being if I was driving through Loganville one night, they may have given me a ticket and also he noticed a crack in my gauge screen that I either never noticed or noticed and forgot about it. Joe did a good job installing my stereo and backup camera. He went over and beyond the call of duty. I needed help with new audio equipment I installed myself that just did not sound right. So I found this repair and audio installation shop during an internet search and read the numerous reviews, all very positive. I figured I would give this place a shot and when I called to see if Auto n Audio could take a look at my problem he worked me in to take a look at my issue. As soon as he listened to my car's audio he said he could easily fix this. Just a few tweaks to my head unit greatly corrected the sound quality. He also suggested using Dynomat to further improve the performance of my car's audio quality. Since I was already there, I gave him the green light to move forward with this suggestion and to my delight, after just a few hours of very meticulous effort, I was extremely impressed with the crisp and clear sound improvement this made. I am extremely satisfied with his work ethic and perseverance he demonstrated. I am very grateful for his efforts to make me feel so relieved to have a perfectly tuned system. I have tremendous confidence with his abilities to repair and improve car audio. I will definitely return to this place anytime I need assistance with car audio; this guy really knows what he is doing and won't steer you wrong.
