*Honest, reliable, and service-oriented* Visited Arman's car audio to have a Remote start system installed on my 2010 Infiniti G37. No one attempted to sell me anything extra that I did not need, or sell me a system that was out of my budget. I got what I wanted and stayed within my budget and was very pleased with the everything. Customer service was excellent, they truly care to please the customer and make sure every single customer leaves happy. I arrived at Arman's car audio around 10:30 AM and there were several customers already there ahead of me so I was 3rd or 4th in the queue to have my set up installed. Which I didn't mind because I was able to finish some work on my laptop in the waiting area. They also offer free WiFi to customers. It's been 2 weeks since I hade my remote start system installed on my vehicle and I have had no issues at all, and I am very pleased with the quality and service I was provided by with Arman's car audio. The installation was done perfectly and professionally. There was no unexpected issues, and you couldn't even tell that they had my dashboard taken apart. I went to Arman's Car audio last week, asking for door speaker and tweeter upgrades I was recommended Alpine type R speakers and kickr tweeters. I paid about $1,100 for parts and labor, for 4 speakers and 2 tweeters. My vehicle's tweeter sizes are actually 3.5" but Arman's car audio recommended and installed 2.5" tweeters. I was charged $200 for the tweeter installation. I was not satisfied with the audio after installation. I was told perhaps it was my stereo causing the lackluster sound, despite my stereo being an Sony 9500es. I was told an amplifier would not help much, and was suggested to install a subwoofer for $900. I declined, and when I arrived home I noticed the rear-right door speaker was not working. Upon inspection, it was visible that the negative and positive cables were switched, so the positive speaker cable was connected to the negative car wire, so it was not installed properly and seems no Quality Check was done as the speaker was not playing sound. Additionally another door speaker sounded off, and I saw that it's cable was not routed behind the stereo, but through it, and causing the wires to be exposed to the chassis of the car, short-shorting the speaker. I shopped around for quotes for a full audio install and Arman's was a very competitive price, but didn't have a 1-2 week wait like the others - first come first serve. Brought my SUV in early with fairly high end component speakers, subwoofer, and an amp, and bought the Kenwood DDX9905 head unit, back up camera, and wiring/cables from them. It wasn't an easy install, but the end result is CLEAN - it looks amazing and sounds unbelievable. Excellent customer service as well. The way they custom mounted the amp is flat out impressive. Everything looks stock but the head unit, and with the sound deadening in the doors, the system can run hard but sound almost silent from a few feet away with the doors closed. I didn't think I'd use the backup camera much, but it makes parking an SUV in the city much much easier. Will definitely be back. Thanks guys. read more

They dropped in a new system in my Cadi they have quality components Arman recommended the kicker speakers with a Kenwood five channel amp. I already bought the deck which he also sold and said it was a good deck. I also replaced my two 12's in the back with the big square Kicker subwoofer he had in stock and man that one square sub hits better than my two 12's and I have my trunk space back they even built a box for my amp on the side you can barely see the amp and the sub lays down flat and sounds real nice !! The system is crystal clear with bad ass base !! The next day I came in and they got my truck system back with the same kicker speakers ! My amp was out but to save me some money Arman recommended just powering the speakers to the Alpine deck and it sounds real good it's a work truck I just needed the sound system back but it sounds much better than I expected!! Btw while they while I was waiting for them to do the Cadi I checked the prices of the components I got from them and he beat Amazon on all the components! And last I'm from the West Coast and this is how our car stereo shops are there's a guy in a big shop who sells you the stuff at a good price and it's installed that day while you wait and you leave that day with a banging ass system !! Not you keep calling a guy on the phone and after three weeks you leave your car with a guy for 3-4 days to work on. I def recommend this spot !! read more

Overall very happy with my install,service,and speed of installation. The price for installation was a little higher than I wanted to pay but it was worth the few extra dollars. Very clean set up. My brother also had his car audio done by these guys. He brought his own equipment and they installed it clean and he received good service as well ! Arman's identified a mislabel in the Chevy Equinox wiring schematic. After a long troubleshoot and fix to a problem created elsewhere, my system is even better. It is 5x better than it was after the initial pickup. The staff is beyond skilled and resourceful. Arman's installed an amp, subwoofer and some additional speakers (that I purchased elsewhere) in my Jeep about a month ago. They were extremely thorough and professional and definitely knew what they were doing. They were the only ones who took the time to call and walk me through the process and make suggestions. My dad and I took our '04 Buick Century here for a new radio and back speakers. Mohammad was very helpful in giving us an overview of our options and explaining the price breakdown. He was very honest & straightforward and never tried to upsell us. The installation was completed very quickly (about an hour for the radio and even less for the speakers!) with same day service. Mohammad took time to explain the basics on how to use the various functions of the radio and even listen to my dad tell a story from the olden days of cassette tape players in cars :) The new radio and speakers sound amazing -- much better than the originals. I had lights and dash cams installed in my car. At first everything looked great, but later on I saw damages throughout the car inside and out. There were stains on my seats, parts of the car had scratches inside and out. I could see Where they took off the part because there were scratches. I also saw damages done on the rear bumper at the bottom of both sides left and right. You can clearly see the marks of the cable line that scratched off my bumper. It's a 90,000 dollar vehicle and they were not careful with the vehicle. It's a brand new car and the scratches that were made at the rear bumper at the bottom really made me lose trust with any car installation places. read more

Work was done in a little over 1hr. Happy with work. The guy at the counter isn't warm and fuzzy but he was fine. He was professional and courteous. The sign on the building doesn't say "Arman's," but it was pretty obvious I was in the right place when I walked in & saw all the car audio stuff. I wanted to replace a factory stereo with one that I had previously purchased. Since I already had all the parts, all I needed was the installation labor. They quoted me $45 and said it would be 1/2 an hour. One thing about this place is that there really isn't a waiting area. I went around to the parking lot in the back and played with my phone while they worked. There were actually a few cars ahead of mine, so the actual wait time was probably closer to 1.5 hours. They did a good job. I also got a $10 part thrown in for free because the guy had quoted a 1/2 hour wait. Overall, I was a very happy customer. read more

I had a great experience getting my radio hooked up correctly. It was improperly installed in my car before, and a disconnected wire interfered with my tail lights. I didn't even have an appointment at Arman's, and I only waited about thirty minutes. The technician had the radio correctly connected in 20 minutes and reconnected the tail light wire. I brought my GMC Acadia to them to replace a headlight because it is a difficult one. You have to take off the bumper cover! They replaced the headlight which I purchased elsewhere and charged $40 which is better than any other place. The bulb went bad in just 3 months so I ent back to them with another headlight. I let them know that they had just replaced it 3 months prior just to see if they might have an idea what's going on. The manager replaced it and didn't even charge me for it. He definitely didn't have to do that! We are going to see if it happens again and then I will probably take it to a dealer to see if I have a wiring problem. Thanks Arman's! read more

Went there based upon recommendations from Yelp to get my fully featured car radio installed. They initially did an incomplete installation and blamed the limitations on the radio harness. They did not attach backup camera to video display on aftermarket radio. Then requested another 80 bucks to complete the job. No bueno! read more

Spoke to a guy at audio a few days ago on installing a touch screen on my car and it was a little too expensive for me. I asked if I brought my own equipment and he said yes they can install it for $150. I asked him what size screen I needed and he told me 7inch. After I purchased it from Amazon and brought it there today, the same guy told me they couldn't do it because they do not make double din for my car. He said they would have to customize something for my car and it would be about 300$ I said that's fine I'm willing to pay that. He then said no we still can't do it. Like wtf? Then he brought me to their equipment area and recommended me to buy their 950$ touch screen. I said no that's not within my budget and what we discussed earlier. I would never recommend this place to anyone I know. I drove down the street to SK Customs and he told me he can find everything I needed and they can do everything for a 300$. Armans is a very good Car Stereo accessory shop. I have had work done there twice and they were fast, efficient and did a very good job installing the HID I had brought in to get installed. Arman Car Audio is without question the worst place that I have done business with. I took both my Mercedez and Corvette in to have a simple system installed. I had to take both cars back to them because they failed to put wires back in place that render gas systems and complete zones that was not working. Secondly the gear shift system was completely out of sync. After their changes were made with long wait times at their facility on Jimmy Carter, they still found a way to screw it up again. I took the Corvette to the GM dealership and spent an additional $1,000 dollars after spending $300.00 at Arman on the first try. You get what you pay for. I will never purchase another product that requires installation by them again. read more
