I had applied with what was asked for me to do. A deposit was required to make an appointment-- I paid the deposit. The first available date that was given was a no show due to the weather. It was a week later that I seen (I asked for my deposit at this point cause no one was following up with me about the next available date). Finally the system was hooked up in my vehicle. This is me being honest y'all... When I first reached out to them they said test them information about the gps tracker that i wanted installed, they then were responding slow. I had to double and triple text. Finally we set up a time to install but the address was a different location then whts on Google and maps. During installation it was cold and dark behind the building where the shop was and nowhere to sit. Took over an hour and it seemed to be good to go. I paid him and drove to Walmart, when i came out, my car wouldn't start. I popped the hood thinking i needed a jump. With the hood still open, i attempted to start again and it did....when i closed the hood all the way, it didn't once again. Now Im confused so i made sure none of the wires were touching the hood or anything and nothing was. I called the guy explaining...he basically says he doesn't know why and that he could just take it off but it would have to be another day and that it's nothing else he can do. I drive home. Park, attempt to start it back up and now it won't start at all regardless of the hood. I call again, he says i paid him to install a gps tracker, that's what he did and that he couldn't come to me , i asked could he do something if i got it towed back to him, he said MAYBE later next day because he would be busy BUT regardless he would HAVE to charge me to "figure out my device". Im appalled but at this point i just need it fixed so i proceed to still try to set it up to get done, and he didn't even text me back or follow up, which honestly was the red flag i ignored from the very beginning. I don't even leave reviews like that but this shit was a nightmare. Be careful out here y'all cuz once some ppl get paid , especially with no paperwork, they will then blow you off n not care what you got going on. read more

This was not a great experience. Miguel seems to be a decent guy but the overall service was poor. I was in the market for a sound system upgrade consisting of subwoofers, subwoofer enclosure, interior speakers, two amps, new receiver and additional battery to power the entire system. We agreed upon a price to purchase and install all the above. I made specific requests as to which subwoofers, interior door speakers, and head unit I wanted installed in the car. On the day of the installation, several pieces of equipment were cheaper, of lower quality (subwoofers and door speakers) than what was originally agreed upon or missing (no additional battery, no second amp). The only item that was what I requested was the head unit. Using alternative parts may have been okay had I been notified that this was the plan so that we could review the differences and renegotiate a price. I had Miguel move forward with the installation. The installation went by fairly quickly. It was beneficial to make use of the mobile service. The installation was done at my work parking lot. The installation appeared to be okay, however, upon listening and eq'ing the system, I discovered that one of the new interior speakers was not producing any sound and the fader controls were not working properly (sliding fader to the right mutes front speakers etc.). This is probably due to improper wiring. I have tried to have Miguel return to repair the system but he has not been able to determine a time to do so. I definitely would not recommend his services to anyone. read more
