    Went here after purchasing my first car. The owner was professional and the job was fast. It was pretty chilly outside but they have a waiting room with games and a tv so it was perfect. I recently bought another car and because of such great treatment and prices, I'm taking my second car here.

    I brought my new Avalanche to Chris back in 2010 for tint (after having brought in several other vehicles prior and being extremely satisfied). I cannot say enough great things about MeggaMaxx after all the work they've done on my vehicles, but this specific review will reflect the most recent experience (currently at MeggaMaxx as I type this). I had all my windows, including the front windshield, tinted just days after driving my new Avalanche off the lot in October 2010. The tint has looked like new even after 8 years, until a highly recommended Marietta body shop did some repairs and put some kind of chemical on the windows, causing it to corrode and bubble; I brought it to their attention immediately, but they refused to replace the tint and insisted it was the tint bubbling, saying that I would need to address it with MeggaMaxx. I battled with said body shop for over a year and they finally agreed to replace (1) window; when I picked my truck up, the tint on that (1) window was clearly a different shade, but without being able to put the window down, that was the only apparent issue. Two days later when I could put the window down, I could see what a horrible job the body shop's tint guy did - there was about 1/4" around the edge of the window that wasn't tinted (my tint from MeggaMaxx appeared to go to the edge). Pictures included to show what their tint guy did (i.e. horrible job) vs MeggaMaxx (i.e. great job). I brought my truck for Chris to look at yesterday (8/15) for his professional opinion; he adamantly agreed that the defects in the tint were from a chemical, not poor quality tint (my other three windows were not affected, just the three front, where the repairs were done at the body shop). So, while I waited, Chris called the body shop to explain that MeggaMaxx confirmed the bubbling was from a chemical they put on the windows. It took some time on Chris's part, but he handled the calls and got the tint covered by the body shop (which should have been done over a year ago). I'm back today getting the tint replaced on the three windows the body shop ruined. And I know I will be just as happy with the quality of their work as I always am. I won't take my cars anywhere else (especially my baby, Shimmer - the Avalanche this review is ultimately about). You will not get quality AND customer service like this anywhere else. They stand behind their work, they are experienced and knowledgeable, and God forbid you have any issues with a body shop putting a chemical on your windows and ruining your tint, MeggaMaxx will have your back! Any of the guys there will take care of you, but if you can, ask for Chris (and tell him you read my review!), I promise, he'll take care of you AND your car!!

    Drove a hour each way for the great service of my car audio and window tint. This is my second vehicle and I heard about this place from a friend. I wouldn't take my vehicle anywhere else. Come checkout the service they offer. The subwoofer wavebox is the best in the market.

    They said they could get my car in the next day when nobody else could. Every shop in the area including area 41 is a no go.

    Where do I start? WORST EXPERIENCE! If I could leave ZERO stars, I would!…read more The guy who owns this business seems to be a great guy and very professional, BUT it's all a lie. He is horrible and his workmanship is too. I honestly think these reviews come from a google algorithm he purchased. I was told of a few things he'd be able to including the windshield of my vehicle and after keeping my car for six days overnight - he didn't. I found this out at pick up. Prior to dropping my car off, I told him my expectations and how I pay attention to detail regarding my vehicle. I made a comment that if you see anything, PLEASE let me know prior to wrapping as this is a brand new car with 200 miles on it. When I went to pick my vehicle up there was a chip in the paint on hood from a rock that he covered up with wrap. The windshield tint wasn't done and the wrap wasn't completed on parts of my car. The tint on the windows wasn't properly applied and it wasn't machine cut as he indicated it would be so it looked HORRIBLE! AFTER SIX DAYS! AFTER SIX DAYS OF HAVING MY CAR!! Like wth were you doing? Your reasoning for having my car that long was because YOU like to pay attention to detail, but you didn't. You mentioned you liked to TUCK all of the wrap, but it wasn't! I talked to him about the deficiencies of the job and he told me he would refund me the portion he didn't do! He took $300 off because he didn't want me to make a review, AS HE INDICATED. When I left, I thought the car was in much better shape than what the naked eye could see. Here we are two months later and I can see everything only after putting an additional 350 miles on my car. The wrap on my wing is spotted and the cheap ass 3M wrap around my car is peeling off because he DIDN'T tuck the wrap as he indicated and he had his employee do this botch job. Again, THIS MAN SAID ALL OF MY WRAP IS TUCKED SO THERE WON'T BE ANY LINES!! (That's why I thought he'd needed the car for so long because my other vehicles took a day and they were bigger) So now I have to get ALL of this pulled off and redone because he is not answering calls or responding to text messages! So, I'm out 3k to get this done because of this bad job when I should have been refunded for the whole thing at the start - LIKE I ASKED. This man did nothing right with my wrap, NOTHING. The front tint had to be done over because of the imperfect cut, the hood had to be done over because he wrapped over a rock chip! *sigh. Now my whole vehicle has to be wrapped again. Whew! Jesus be a fence. This was just a trash trash TRASH experience! Trust me, he knows it! Thank GOD for my bank. Back to TINT WORLD I go! I should have stuck with Tint World, but this guy had so many great reviews and the prices were cheaper! I guess this is what I get! Botched reviews, botched service! I'm sure when he reads this review I'll get a response in text message or a response here. Let's see. I'll post pictures of the text I sent him and the bad job. My number is still the same if you decide to call and make this right.

I found out about them up here on Yelp. Asked for a quote thru the app and Jax got back with me in minutes! 30 mins later I was at the shop, and he and Will went over all of their available wrap options. Same day service means the world to me, with the limited amount of free time I have. Now my car looks DOPE!! Great quality with great customer service.

They were very thorough and quick in responding to my Yelp inquiry. I was aware of all my pricing upfront, all of my options, warranty information and how long it would take. With that, I was able to book immediately online. On the day of my appointment, I DID have a bit of trouble finding the location since I was looking for a storefront that actually said 'Dynamic Appearance' but instead it was inside of a computers, audio & auto type store which was fine- just didn't know what I was looking for. Once I arrived, the guy there was very patient and knowledgeable and once again walked me through all of my options and the pricing information again. He even did a heat demonstration! Tinting took about as long as he warned me for and I was immediately briefed on the aftercare maintenance and my lifetime, nationwide warranty once again. Loved the tint job, didn't leave the inside of my car a mess like people complained about in other businesses. Super pleased with their work! Only CON: Unfortunately, due to COVID I wasn't able to wait inside as there wasn't like a waiting area so I'd suggest arranging to drop-off your vehicle or bringing a folding chair if you plan to sit outside.

I have an almost 14 year old g37 that needed ceramic tint removed since it had gone bad after all these years. I was a little nervous about the tint removal. Only because I know that can be hard on the interior from past experiences. Even though an older car, you still want it to be nice. But the technician did an amazing job. I didn't see wear and tear to the headliner and defroster lines weren't scraped off either which worried me the most. So if you only need tint removed. These are the guys to trust. I also got new tint put on. Which i love! I feel like my car feels new(ish) again to me after all these years. Also the guys are very responsive about getting you in for an appointment. They even tried to get me in sooner when they had openings pop up. So 100% recommend. Sorry car isn't washed, but tint looks great.

    Terrible customer service and very unprofessional…read more The one star is coming from a very simple tenet in business: don't ignore your customers. The appointment I had was with an individual that was not very professional. I had an appointment for 10 AM on Saturday. I arrived promptly at 9:58 AM. Keep in mind that the text that they send out the day before says get there 15 minutes early. I purposely did NOT get there 15 minutes early because I read other reviews where customers had to wait. This was a good move on my part, because as expected, we had to wait even though I was there on time (slightly early actually). The garage where the shop is located was not even open. The craziest part is that the individual who was able to open the shop with sitting in his truck, the entire time sitting amongst cars that were pulling up, ready for their appointments. At around 10:02 AM he finally got out of his truck and opened his garage, I was very surprised that he was there the entire time actually parked in front of me and just waited in his car. He didn't even acknowledge the fact that there were people there for a 10 AM appointment and he hadn't even open the garage yet until after 10. Maybe he isn't aware that the instructions tell people to get there 15 min early, I don't know. Then he proceeded to service the customers that were there before us which is totally fine. But the reality is I did have a 10 AM appointment and I was on time and I was not acknowledged or spoken to the entire time, and they definitely saw me. On numerous occasions, they walked past me did not even say anything at all. Normal customer service is to say that they will be right with you or thank you for patience or something. There was absolutely NO acknowledgment whatsoever. He didn't stop to ask if we had an appointment or anything, he just walked past us and continued talking to the other customers. Also.. the bigger question is.. why did they double book? Assuming the other party also had a 10 AM appointment. If they didn't have an appt, this is even worse becuase they ignored the customers who actually made an appointment. Either way it is terrible customer service. So ultimately, I left. I refuse to give business to a company that does not respect my time, for them to see me and other customers, waiting and still stay in their truck and then on top of that for them to not even acknowledge me once they finally open, the shop is totally unacceptable. Also I was lingering around there for about 10-15 min hoping to be spoken to and then I thought to myself.. if they won't provide good customer service before getting my car, then they don't deserve to touch my car. I refuse to give them business. I will say that the person who scheduled my appointment Bridget was super nice when I spoke to her so maybe it would have been better if she was there but regardless they need to be held accountable for how appointments are on Saturdays.
