Reposting my google review to yelp with my reply to the manager(Sam AScam) and my updated thoughts on audio Never coming back, i don't recommend taking your vehicle here especially if you have an old Mercedes. Messy work, messy wiring job, chipped the clear coat on my wood trim when they installed radio(minor damage but the trim is irreplaceable). Broken latches on interior panels/door panels. Cut wires all in my floorboard which were never vaccumed up. I wasn't gonna post a bad review but time after time of having to come back due to the system messing up on its own I feel like it's needed. Never letting y'all work on my car EVER again! Reply to Sam AScam "constantly letting my friends tune my audio system", that happened one time, I brought it in, they fixed it. What about the other 4 times I brought it in after that due to y'all's trash work? What about when you talked me into spending 1500$ more dollars for a 2nd amp to prevent my speakers from blowing just to have them blow again By YOUR SHOPS TUNING NOT ANY OF MY FRIENDS. "constantly missed my appointments", I missed one appointment I guess that's constant to you. & the reason I left a negative review is because the appointment I did miss you said you wanted to clean up the wiring job, which never got done even on the next appointment, along with my speakers going out completely at max volume which never got fixed, and i still paid the 125$/hr labor fee for what?? you guys literally did nothing and did not even fix what i brought it in for. Yalls working bays also look like the streets of Skid row, trash and debri everywhere, I'm surprised my car made it out with no leaks in the tires. and there "warranty" to fix anything that goes wrong is true, but they charge you $125 an hour for someone who has no clue what there doing to work on your car, so is that really a warranty? no its not, there scammers.(warranty definition: a written guarantee, issued to the purchaser of an article by its manufacturer, promising to repair or replace it if necessary within a specified period of time.) i never received anything written at all, and when i asked they told me "if anything goes wrong just bring it back well fix it". which is also not true. ive spent 4k$ on audio with this place and let me tell you the quality did not show. There isn't any. they let a tech who was "training" work on my mercedes and i had to show him where the battery was, said hes used to chevys. & hes the one who chipped my wood panels. 1/4/2026 EDIT: if you go on the reviews and actually look at them half of them seem to be fake, and if you look at the bad ones on here/yelp and look at the terrible experiences people have with this place it's insane, Nice job wrapping that Bentley guys and blame the customer for everything that went wrong just like you did with me, yall do bad business and screw over your customers and I hope yall go down. As for the cars sitting in front of the shop (Ferrari, lambo, whatever else there is) I'm pretty sure there family owned and used to bring in customers to the shop. who in there right mind would leave a Ferrari and lambo sitting outside all day and night and never drive them, but there just using it to attract high value customers & do HORRIBLE work on there vehicles. moral of the story do the research and pay the extra buck take your vehicle elsewhere. Stay away from this shop. They make the mistake and you got to pay for it. Took my 23 road life in for a tuning of the existing system that was there. By the time I left that day I needed a new Anthony claim new speakers in all kinds of stuff. So me not having any knowledge of stereo systems I read it for the amp when they installed the new amp I asked for my old. Because I didn't understand how the amp I had in the bike for over eight months Sunday blue. The old am still worked After I got it tested at another shop. I called them immediately, even went to the store and asked him why they're scamming people out of money. After talking to Alvin, he admitted that the stereo guy don't know what he's doing. Anyways, they try to get me a store credit or amp that I bought did not need. I did not accept store credit. Everyone just be careful with these clowns because they will definitely do you dirty. While i was getting my car fixed from them not installing what i was told i paid for, another customer came in with similar issues and was upset also. went in to get a subwoofer and amp installed in my 2003 Honda accord. already had a sony radio in it. purchased online a full subwoofer kit with a skar 12" sub with box, wire kit, and a 1000 watt amp. I was told I needed a way to have the radio to get audio coming out of the amp so they sold me a $90 converter. was charged 4 hours so not bad there. after getting my car back at the end of the day it was playing fine and all but after looking at things a little harder I noticed the wires coming out of the amp were different than came with the kit, and they all had loose strands of wires sticking out of all the connections. the amp wasnt mounted down at all and it ended up sliding around and pulling a wire out which stopped the system from working.. after seeing all this I took it to area 41 and they told me they had used cca wiring which was the cheapest wire around and would not last very long before degrading with a type of rust I guess. and then the converter they had upsold me on wasn't in the car or even needed. very upset about this as I trusted the reviews and assumed this was a good business. all I can wonder now is what else is going to go wrong with what they did. had some new scratches and my dash doesn't fit in the same as it once did, I figured it would be fine but area 41 said it had been bent for too long and was warped because of them not putting it back in correctly. better to spend your money elsewhere read more

HORRIBLE WORKMANSHIP!!! There's no other way to say it! The owner Sam will lie to you about the completion date, how your vehicle was damaged or anything else he can say to discredit myself or my vehicle and everything else that happened, but the proof is in the pictures! I'm only writing this review because I have yet to hear from Cobb County about my court date because I had to sue them about the damage to my car...which was a Bentley in much better condition than what they will lie to you about to cover their tracks! It took them 7 weeks to do a chrome wrap job which should in no way take more than 2 weeks tops anywhere else! My door handles were broken and wouldn't open properly, trim parts were broken, uneven wrap seams went through the middle of the rear quarter panels instead of along the contour of the car, the rear bumper was dented and the list goes on and on! I'm sure Sam will write a response to this review lying once again to cover his a**, but I have pics and videos to show the damage to my car and also pics of the original condition of my car which I'm sure he will also lie about. I'm not even upset about it because my life is wonderful, I had my car fixed properly and karma will fix everything even if I never get my day in court. If you want a chrome wrap job...go somewhere else! The pics show it all...and that's how they released my car after a supposedly completed wrap job! HORRIBLE!!! There is NOTHING they can say to explain what you see in the pics...the sloppy work...the damage...NO EXPLANATION!!! However they respond, they can say NOTHING about the sloppy work they performed, how they broke parts, why they forgot to remove wrap over chrome trim pieces, how they lazily didn't cover areas fully that you can see are perfectly fine and able to be wrapped easily, etc. If I had to guess, either one of the employees drove my car when no one was around and hit something or another car hit mine while it was in the shop somehow to cause the damage on August 20th in the pics. Another shop had no problem fixing the damage they caused and the wrap, but they'll say the car was too hard to work on, it was old, spray painted...LOL...or whatever! These guys were just incapable of doing the job, but accepted the work just to get the money. I accept the blame for finding the cheapest shop to do the job because I definitely got what I paid for...TRASH!!! And to think that I was bringing 3 more luxury vehicles to them if they did a nice job on this first one. Oh well. read more

You should never work with these people. They can't do the work they claim that they can do. The work on my car was shoddy to say the least. The wrap was already peeling off the car when I picked it up. The work that was done wasn't done according to our conversations, e.g. the chrome delete was to replace all badges and chrome pieces with gloss black ones, they just used the same satin black as they did for the rest of the car. The emblems were barely on and we're not straight. They had my car for almost 60 days and couldn't complete the work. They didn't charge me full price so kudos to them I guess...but the cost wasn't the issue, but rather the lack of quality and incomplete work. Absolutely embarrassment of a business. I'm shocked he has multiple locations. This place is awful. read more

Took my car to have radio installed I purchased from eBay. Radio I purchased was bad out of the box the sales rep help me with a new radio, Sony which he took a little bit of a hit to help me out on the price! . If you want everything sugar coated, with a cherry on top, to you about your system you did yourself thinking you did a "professional" job this isn't your store. They're honest but in a good way I went in to get my system tuned. I was told if I kept doing what I was doing I would be throwing money out the window. So I let them have the keys and let them do their thing. About 10-15 minutes go by and they call me outside to check it out, pointed out things I could change, what I did wrong, and also what I did right. Honest guys work here that don't knock you for money or give you false advice. I've been in a couple times to this location and I've been impressed with the way the staff and Donovan have helped me. They also broke my dash kit & tried to cover it up by supergluing it together. Couldn't get them to call me back or replace the dash kit they broke. Don't let these Jokers touch your car. You may be out of pocket more than you expect. Worst install experience of my life. Additionally, these guys have their buddies at the store behind the counter calling women bi***es while customers are in the store. The most unprofessional group of car stereo guys I have ever come across. First unit died and the new unit they installed because the last one died does not work properly when watching videos on the phone and listening through stereo. ALL of the same model have this problem and the rep at Kenwood told me that Joker's Audio should be able to take it back and provide me with a different brand of equal value but they are doing everything BUT that. I keep getting different stories as to why they can't do it. Kenwood will give them another unit to sell so whatever they paid Kenwood for that unit, they can give me another unit but they are trying so hard NOT to do that instead of making it right. They are telling me that I would have to pay more to upgrade to a unit that sells for less than my unit. Sam, you had a chance to make it right, multiple times and you refused or made excuses or tried to get out of doing the right thing because it would be too much of a hassle. If you want to make this right and swap this unit out for the Pioneer 3800 & replace my kit, you have my # - call me. read more

Where due I start. Please do not go here. Im still im waiting on parts I paid for 3 months ago. I had to bring my truck back to the shop 3 times due to poor labor. Extremely poor customer service, no updates on status of projects. Was told the labor would take 3 days, it took 3 weeks. Plus 3 months for parts. Please don't spend your money here. I'm writing this review more as a warning to others before you decide to bring your vehicle in for a radio replacement. One Saturday in October 2020 I had a radio installed on a VW jetta wagon at the Canton Rd location. It took all day, and we picked it up at closing after calling all day to check on the status. When we picked up the car, the airbag light was on AND the AC no longer worked. Also, the only radio station we could get was a Spanish one and the microphone was mounted by the odometer. There were no warning lights on before we took the car there. When I called back on the airbag light issue, we were told that all it needed was to be reset. My son took it back to the Acworth location and it could not be reset. I also took it back to fix the radio station issue. Sugar was extremely helpful and fixed that issue. He also moved the microphone to a more logical spot. (Thanks, Sugar!) He also gave me the airbag code as he could not reset it and said that I had to take it to a dealership. Once again, this was not an issue before the radio was installed. Fast forward to April 2021. The airbag light is still on and the AC still does not work. I took it to a mechanic to get the airbag looked at and was told I needed a new sensor installed and the airbag had to be reprogrammed at a dealership. That has set me back over $900. The AC was diagnosed with an issue by the dealership and that cost to repair was $400+. I happened to mention to the mechanic that I had the radio installed and that's when a light bulb went off. He said that there is something wrong with the wiring. So I called back to Jokers and explained the issue. I was told to bring the car back. It was kept for several days and I was told that the AC was fixed. It is not. The manager of the Canton Rd location tried to help and I must give him credit for that. But I still have a broken airbag light and broken AC and I'm out a lot of money for something that started with replacing a radio. At this point, I'm at a loss and am disappointed. The needed repairs are way beyond this shop's expertise at this point. read more

Went in with the expectation i was going to be given the run around and overcharged and for exact opposite! Sam knows his shit point blank period. He also looks out for the working man and makes sure the products he is recommending fits your budget and your wants. I got 2 vehicles worked on and saved a lot. All the other negative reviews either are fake or are fake lol because i now have a new home for ALL my car needs. This literally went from a quick assessment of the problem to a practically brand new system and some other extras he threw in for FREE 99 lol. The price was better than any other shop I called and the work they did was incredible! They also gave a super discount on the install!
