Replacing tires is an especially expensive undertaking but Discount Tire made this experience a lot less unnerving. I had ordered the tires over the phone and made an appointment and within 30 minutes of dropping off, I walked across the street to Publix to have lunch, the wheels that arrived via FedEx to this location were installed, and it looks great. I opted not to purchase the additional $50s/tire certificate, an optional insurance package in case something were to happen to any of the tires. They don't like to call it insurance, but that's what it is. I can purchase that package later so long as a certain amount of tread is left on the tires. Money is tight, but Discount Tire helped me save a little. Folks were kind, and helped me along my way. read more

Shopped and ordered tires on the website, had them delivered & scheduled appointment within 2 days, and now they tell me it will only take 20 minutes fort 2 front tires to be installed. The staff greeted me almost immediately, and so far, everything has been outstanding! I got a comparable price to the big warehouse store where I've always bought, even with the add-ons of install, disposal, and warranty. I feel like a got the best deal, especially knowing DT had a far bigger selection of tires for my EV. I really appreciate the texted link with a real-time status check throughout the entire process! Love that the technician came to me in the lobby to personally let me know my car's in the bay. Unexpected. (Call me spoiled, I would have loved if they offered at least coffee & water while I waited.) And just like that!! I'm done in under 20 minutes!! read more

Replaced four tires and TPMS sensors on my MB E350. The installation was less than an hour. Everyone that I dealt with was considerate and helpful. After correcting some installation issues, the new tires seem to ride fine. I definitely recommend this store, however I do have a caution. I had to drive the car a short distance to reset the sensors. That's when I found that the tires were improperly inflated. The tires ranged from 41 psi to 50 psi for the four tires, cold. The maximum pressure allowed on the tires is 51 psi. I stopped and let a lot of air out of the tires to get home since the correct pressure is between 30 and 32psi. Exceeding the max pressure over time would have resulted in sidewall blisters and blow-outs. I recommend that everyone check tire pressures before leaving the store since the technicians aren't doing it. I've since corrected the inflation pressures and reset the TPMS sensors to those numbers. The tires are fine so far. read more

I tried to take my car for a nail in my tire to the Mavis by my house, (where I purchased them) But with it being the day before Thanksgiving many of the stores were swamped! They called around and sent me to the Mansell Rd store. Israel greeted me and got my car in! I watched as I waited as He did a great job navigating every one's needs. It was so refreshing seeing someone who cares about customer service! I will buy my next tires at this store! read more

Tire Angels. That's the only way to describe the incredible team at Discount Tire's Marietta location. I came in with a slow leak--no appointment, just hoping for a quick fix--and they had me back on the road in under an hour. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Every interaction, from the intake associate to the tire technician, was professional, courteous, and efficient. It's rare these days to encounter this level of competence and care. Honestly, it was refreshing. When it's time to replace my tires, I won't think twice--I'm coming back here. They've absolutely earned my business. Highly recommend. These tire angels know what they're doing. read more

My wife picked up a screw in her tire on a Saturday morning. We called several other tire centers in the area and all of them would require the car to be there until late afternoon/evening. I completely understand Saturday is a busy day and many customers set appointments to get new tires. Unfortunately, you don't normally plan to get a nail/screw in your tire in advance and we really could not afford to wait all day. Discount Tire took in the car with no appointment. They were friendly and kept us updated while waiting for the tire to be plugged. They sent us a text to a website where we could check the status of our car. They fixed it in about an hour and a half and inspected all of our tires. We were also amazed to find out there was absolutely no charge to fix it even though we had never bought any tires there. Highly recommended! Quick service that was free. Wonderful! read more

This is my go to tire place! This is the Roswell location. It's very easy to locate off Roswell Rd. There is a big Discount Tire sign visible from the road right after you pass the shopping center with Trader Joe, Willis, and a few other stores. Jacob helped me out today. I needed some help picking out tires for my Dodge Journey. He gave me a few selections to choose from. He did an amazing job explaining each one and how it would fit my driving needs. This is my 2nd time doing business here. The staff is very informative and helpful. They were super busy today and still maintained a great level of customer service and helpfulness. They did everything they could to accommodate everyone with an appointment me today or later. I value that level of customer service. Added note, they have an awesome program when you buy tires from them. The package is called Certificate for Repair, Refund, or Replace. This is a great program that provides coverage on your tires with life's mishaps. I have used mine with no hassle or fuss on a previous vehicle. Thank you for taking care of me again! I will be back! read more

I had a nail in my back left tire that I wanted to get it fixed. But then I realized that I needed new tires regardless, so I went on their website and I booked a full set of Mohave tires, and I set up a date for the installation. This place is awesome, they take great care of your car, I also installed new wipers (that were much needed). The service is fast, everyone is friendly and knowledgeable, ready to answer your questions. So if you need tires or related services I definitely recommend this place, for me it was 20 min waiting and I was back on the road with a new set of tires. The Mohave Touring A/S that are now on my car are a quite good option for their price. read more

I've been to this Discount Tire a few times now, and they've always been amazing. I needed to replace my tires after they got punctured by some nails on more than one occasion. With the warranty on their tires, the tire replacements I needed were completely free--I only paid to renew the warranty, which was nothing compared to the price of the tires. The people are knowledgeable and friendly, and the service is quick considering how busy they often are. I definitely recommend this location. read more

Quick and friendly service. Clean and comfortable customer seating. If you're approaching west-bound on Hwy 120 you cannot easily get to the business unless you take the back entrance. To get to the back entrance turn left (at the light) onto E Cobb Drive. Once again, Discount Tire in East Cobb, GA checks all the boxes. Quick, and extremely friendly. And they don't try to hard sell if services or products are not needed. Took my car in there with a screw in the tread. They removed it, and verified that it had not gone all the way through. Checked the tire for any leaks, and checked tire pressures in all the other tires. No charge for their services, even though these are tires that came with my car, and not ones I bought there. I will definitely purchase tires there in the future when needed. They won my business for sure. Highly recommend read more

Every time I come here they have me in and out (with an appointment) and they are very friendly! The guys at the Marietta location rock!

Brought my kid to pick out rims and tires for his truck. The salesperson, Coleman, did a great job finding him exactly the right product. Installation time was about 1.5 hours, a little longer than expected but they were busy at the end of the day. The price seemed reasonable for a quality product. I got tires and some wheels for 2 cars. 1 of the cars came out looking great right off of the bat- perfect work and a great price. The other car had some damage to all 4 of the OEM wheel around the lip of the rim. They explained that it was caused by a rubber piece that wore down over time on one of their machines. Jacob and his team made the situation right by getting a 3rd party company to pick up my wheel and repair them. In fact, they pretty much bent over backwards to make the situation as convenient as possible for me after the mistake was made. Some road rash from a previous incident was repaired as well at no cost to me, which I really appreciated. At the end of the day, mistakes happen and if they do happen; the team at this location goes above and beyond to make it right. read more

I went in for a complete set of tires for my 2013 Honda Pilot. I have to say I was blown away with the quality and value they provided. The professionalism of this operation was impeccable. I was greeted upon parking and was taken complete care of. Every employee was polite, courteous and professional. Even when there was a line the employees took time to make sure the customer was taken care of and even exhibited amazing customer care when taking phone calls. Usually at a shop the team can be dirty but everyone was in uniform and clean. On top of everything they provided an estimate of an hour to get my work done and exceeded expectations by completing the job in just over 30 minutes. I could not more highly recommend this location. I recently made the switch to Discount Tire after a few sketchy experiences with other tire places in Atlanta. Unfortunately, Discount Tire is not conveniently located to where i live (Midtown) but i needed to go somewhere i could trust spending my money -- Discount Tire is the place! This location has an amazing staff, specifically Kevin. I took my mini cooper wheel here after a flat tire (and my spare was busted ) so i had to take my whole wheel here first to replace the tire, take it back to my car, and then i brought my vehicle back to get the tires rotated. Kevin was super patient and accommodating the entire time. He was friendly, informative, and replaced my tire in about 10 minutes himself! read more
