Service men did a good job job. I will return. Pleasant and professional service. Opooooopooopopopopopopopopopopppppppoooooooooooo

This used to be my go-to location. I will never go back there again. They took 2 hours longer than estimated for a simple oil change, didn't reset my oil indicator on my car, so it still showed 0%, didn't refill any fluids and to add insult to injury, they stole $400 sunglasses out of my center console! I would avoid this place at all costs. read more

Would give 0 if I could, got struts and brake pads replaced and was charged over 2000 dollars only for when the work to be done I had 3 more lights on and the employees told me that my wheel sensor coincidentally went out at the same time, they lied to my face saying they didn't have to go near wheel sensor to do work which they did, it was a white guy with short brown hair and a beard and tattoos and a skinny black guy with dreads, I was coming here for years prior to this and never again, I hope this place gets shut down or the POS who lied to me gets fired read more

Came in today to get two new tires mounted and balanced. They didn't even clean my wheels before putting the balancing weights on and they immediately fell off when I brought them home. Will never return. Now i have to take them somewhere else to have them balanced again. What a waste of time and money. read more

Had the pleasure of being assisted by Dylan and James. I have found my go to spot. Truly people that care!

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I came in for something simple and instead of receiving help I was told there's no technician there even though there is 3 guys in the back talking amongst each other. Aren't they supposed to be the technicians and if not why are they in the back. read more

We have used Firestone for years. This is the worst experience I have ever had. Total scam. My car now drives horribly. They had it for 2 days. They had no idea what they were talking about. Excuses of no tech available etc. read more

Ian or Ean was the most disrespecting customer service person I've ever encountered. He spoke down to my wife for which I am grateful I was not present. He lied to my wife, and when I got there to pick up the vehicle, he said to me the vehicle may drive the same because they just put the tires back on. Came in for an oil change on my Ford raptor which I have many times. The alignment was off after I picked up the car. They rotated the tires, and threw off the alignment. Ian and all of his infinite wisdom decided he did nothing wrong. then they charge me $60 for two wiper blades. I spoke to BRIAN about how horrible Ian is in customer service. He is horrible at his job unwilling to take criticism, and I will no longer after all these years bring my families cars and trucks to your location while he's employed there. His excuses we tell all the customers that we probably won't get to their car today. Tattoos don't make you tough Ian, just learn at another employer and grow. HORRIBLE AND RUDE TO MY WIFE. It's good for the PTSD to deal with skin suits like him. AAR CTK read more

These guys are fabulous! Thank you Brian and your techs for your great work. I got one of your credit cards so if anything happens while I'm out of town, my family , can come here and I'm confident they are going to be treated fair and issues resolved. read more

Excellent service, very attentive, great communications and the price was just right. Will absolutely use them again.

I recently took my car to a Hyundai dealership. The doom & gloom strategy was ineffective and the prices were most offensive. I left with my pockets lighter and feeling more frustrated than I did before I got here. My wife suggested a second opinion and I was inclined to agree. I took it to a typically helpful Meineke and frankly, I thought they overlooked some valid concerns I had. What's more, while they didn't charge anything, they also didn't find anything. So finally I thought I'd try one more spot. I've consistently gotten great service and fair prices from this Firestone location. They were able to diagnose an awful squealing sound from my car (brakes) while pointing out some other less immediate issues. They gave me a printout of what needed to be done with prices far cheaper than what the dealership quoted. Also, their hours of availability are the best I've seen in the area. I'll definitely be returning as needed and you should, too, as new and used car prices are way too high to justify a new purchase at the moment. read more

I have been going to Firestone for probably at least 20 years. I'm pretty sure I've been at this location for over 15 and I feel like Brian and crew have been there at the same amount of time but I could be wrong. Regardless, everybody I've ever interacted with have always been super nice, accommodating and explained things in layman terms to me so that I understood what was going on with my vehicle. I love using my Firestone credit account as I usually get six months zero interest financing up to a certain amount which is very helpful, especially when bigger items are needed such as tires. read more

Ian was very helpful and professional. My tire gauge was broken and my low tire pressure light was on, and he was quick to answer the phone and assure me he could take care of me -free of charge! Highly recommend. read more

Ian, Steve and Brian are excellent service advisors that look out for the customers best interest. Today I went up with my Wife's car with had a slow leak due to a nail in the tire. They fit me in .. no questions. They were concerned about our safety and wanted to make sure the tire was fine before she drove to work the next day. We use them for all our vehicle needs. They are very honest, professional, and all around excellent people. We have a great amount of trust and respect for the crew at Sandy Plains Firestone. Keep up the excellent service. Simple problem. Alert light came on just before a trip to Birmingham. Drove into Firestone, where they did a quick check. 5 minutes later problem fixed, no charge. From now on I'll always go to them first no matter what. I appreciate being able to completely trust them. Mike M read more

Amazing location that truly cares about their customers. I've had multiple occasions where i was suffering from a minor inconvenience such as a low tire or needing my battery checked and they have always done it quickly and for no charge. They are also not scared to recommend their customer to go somewhere else if they are too busy to get it done quickly as they care more about the customer than their dollar line. If you have absolutely any problem no matter how big or small they will get you the best service and care even if it means them not making the sale! Truly a great and amazing auto service shop. read more

Awesome job. In and out with two brand new tires. Great service and over the top genuine politeness.

I can't say enough good things about these guys! I've been going to them for about four years now, since I moved into the area, and have consistently been pleased with the work that they do. They are upfront and fair about their pricing, never try to put one over on me or upsell me on things that I don't need, and their customer service is impeccable! read more

DO NOT go here!!! they stole medication from my car. i went back the same day when i realized and the mechanic denied it while standing next to the worthless manager that didnt do or say anything when i told him what happened. Besides that, they had a 18.99 coupon for the oil change and it took them an hour to change my oil!! (with an appointment) Take my advice and DONT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS read more

Been going here for years, not because there the cheapest no idea if they are ,but they are honest and that counts for a lot ,I have never been up sold what I didn't need. Gary and Brian know there stuff. I just like knowing I won't get ripped off being sold something I don't need. Gary the manager always greets me by name ,no mean feat when you consider all the customers they must have. Keep up the good work boys , a very satisfied customer. read more

These guys are wonderful--they took excellent care of my poor mom-mobile, they were patient, they explained everything that I needed AND didn't need, ensuring that I understood everything. Went so far as to call and discuss with my "expert" brother to make sure that all my bases were covered. First place in a long time where I didn't feel like an idiot for not knowing what they were walking about--they didn't take advantage, they explained and explained (and then again!) until I felt confident in making a decision, gave me options, opinions and wonderful wonderful service. Really great crew, really helpful, took very good care of me and my mom-mobile! read more

These guys rock! They always gave me a good deal and now I can call myself a customer for life. They are honest and explain all the details. They never tried to oversell me on unnecessary services, like dealerships do. I've got all my vehicles fixed/served there and was never disappointed. Highly recommended! read more
