I purchased my tires here based upon my mechanic's recommendation. I'm not really sure how they compare in terms of price, but I do like that they will rotate your tires for free every 5,000 miles. It may not be the perfect tire store, because they are only open Monday thru Friday 8 am to 6 pm. When I recently had a flat tire and called to see if they could fix it between 4 and 6 pm on a weekday, they told me they couldn't guarantee they would get to my car before the end of the day. I ended up coming in the next morning when they opened at 8 am. They repaired my damaged tire and rotated my tires that morning. They charged me $20 for the repair, which apparently is within the average range of $10 to $20 to fix a punctured tire. read more

I brought a flat here to get plugged because it was close by and they got it fixed and back on my car in 15 minutes for no charge! I came back at a later date to get tires and they found some tires for $100 cheaper than I was able to find on the internet. They ordered tires for me and when I brought my car in to get them put on, they had the job done in less than an hour! Everyone was nice and extremely helpful. It seems difficult to find a reliable auto shop that you can trust- I have found one in Perfect Performance. I've never met a more honest group of automotive professionals. They do reliable, well-priced and consistent work every single time. Plus, they are always friendly and enjoyable to do business with. I live 30 miles south of Roswell now, but take my car up to these guys for every automotive need because I know I can trust their opinion. That's hard to come by. As an example, I took my car there recently for a full brake replacement. They called me in under an hour to tell me I don't need one yet, even though I told them I wanted them replaced. Rather than taking the $500+ I was fully ready to spend with them, they took the honest route of advising me to wait. And for that, they have earned my business for as long as I'm within a reasonable driving distance. Couldn't recommend these guys any higher! read more

Very professional. Super easy and efficient. I was in need of alignment after getting a new set of shoes (tires) for my car and my mechanic (Lauck motors) recommended Perfect Performance. I was able to make an appointment over the phone in about two minutes and they were ready for my car when I arrived. My vehicle needed an alignment. Took it to M.... in Roswell because they were close. The "pull" I noticed prior to the alignment was more pronounced afterwards. I phoned a local independent mechanic re this issue and was referred to Perfect Performance. I went there for an alignment and they found in their words "significant issues" with the previous tire store's alignment. Long story short, my vehicle tracked perfectly following their alignment. Nice to find some skilled technicians locally who still take pride in their work. read more

Honest, fair and know what they are doing when it comes to tires, suspension and alinement. David and Marshall are the best. Give them a try. You'll be happy. If you have a high performance car (BMW, Mercedes, etc..) get the high performance balance on your wheels. Takes out any vibration over 80 mph. As you know, 80 is the official speed limit on Hwy 400 unless theres a snowflake or the fine sport rubbernecking is taking place... read more

I have been using Perfect Performance for tires for well over 10 years and have always been satisfied with their work.

I had a very bad experience with this tire shop. The car dealership in which I purchased my car used their services to install new tires and a set of wheels. Will I used my new vehicle to drive out of town with my family and encountered a bad experience. The car was not maneuvering properly. I called my roadside assistance which brought out a flatbed truck , and upon the inspection of my car most of the lugs on the vehicle was loose. Thanks to God no tires came off cause it could have lead to an accident. Nevertheless, I contacted the shop that serviced my car and was amazed to get such a negative response from the owner himself. He was disrespectful, arrogant, unconcerned and unprofessional. As I stated before think God a accident did not happen. Things could have been a lot worse - fatal! At no time would he accept responsibility from his services but tried to simply scam and justify. This place does not care for safety and responsibilities. Watch out for shops like these because the serrvices are at " your own risk". Thank you for reading my review. read more

This place is fantastic! I had a flat tire due to a nail in the shoulder. Most tire places I called said that couldn't be repaired and gave me quotes in the replacement. I called Perfect Performance and spoke with Joe. He felt confident they could patch the tire. I took it over to the shop, and within an hour they had found two nails, removed them, patched the leaks, put the tire back, balanced the wheel and sent me on my way! The price was incredibly reasonable, but what impressed me most was their honesty. Saved me over $100 and saved a practically new tire from being wasted! I will be bringing my future tire business to Perfect Performance. read more
