I have lived in Roswell for 25 years. We have searched for a mechanic. We found them. They are honest and affordable and a joy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

I have been going to Smith for 11 years. I even travel 45 minutes to have them service my care when needed. They have always been wonderful and fair. The employees have always been kind and always address my cars needs. My daughter now uses Smith as well. So glad I found them so many years ago read more

Came here for the first time did not know ow what to do so I set on my car waiting for someone to let me know after about 15 min of none verbal communication anther car pulls in they go straight to him and gives him service as I was leaving I got out my car and said I was here first how does he get to go before me the man said you need to go to the office first off, I did not know. There was a office because no one said anything to me. They just looked at me and kept moving. Second of all, if I needed to go to the office, I don't, you didn't do that to the guy that came in 15 minutes, Mohammed, you went straight to the car and acknowledged him that makes no sense to me. If at least one person would have taken the time out to say hi how can I help you? No problem, go ahead and go to the office. And we will get you situated, that would have been a different thing. Every tire shop that I have ever been to. I've never known to go to office because they always walk up to the car. This is super bad customer service. If you are planning ongoing here? You ain't never been here before. Please plan to sit in your car forever until someone else pulls up and then you get frustrated read more

STAY AWAY! Total rip off to mount and balance 2 rear tires........ $73. None of the workers I encountered could speak English. The rear tires now vibrate at speed. read more

Terrible customer service. Mr. Melvin was rude simply for asking about the cost of the invoice, as it was significantly higher than what I had been charged previously. He was likely going to say that the $50 charge was for changing the brake light bulb, which was much higher. The oil change cost was the normal $25.89. When I asked about this cost, he told me in a humiliating manner, "How much do you want to pay?" I told him not to pay, to take his car and find another place. (Of course, I don't set the price, but I have every right to ask.) I want to clarify that I paid $96.73. I want to make it clear that I don't usually ask for money and then refuse to pay. read more

Fantastic service and very nice staff. Went in for a flat tire this morning and they had a new tire on my car and I was walking out of there. 20 minutes later. I will definitely be back. This is a hidden gym in Roswell. read more

This auto service shop has a very honest and hard working staff, they don't try to get you to do a bunch of repairs you don't need, no fluff, just simple and direct problem solving. The prices are extremely hard to beat considering the quality of service and the work ethic of the team at Smith Tire. These are very good people who will treat you right, and never fail to go above and beyond to make sure that your vehicle is completely safe to drive. A special thank you to Aaron and Melvin for their stellar customer service and comprehensive knowledge. read more

Staff & Service were amazing. Went in to get my tire plugged for a nail just before closing time. They did the work in less than 5 minutes. Would recommend these guys to anyone. read more

Omggggggg god is good. When I say Aaron made sure he took care of my tire today! He is such a blessing and kind hearted! It took only 5-10mins to change out the donut on my car! Definitely recommend Smith Tire!!!! Thank you guys sooooo much!!!!! I found my new mechanic home! read more

Excellent service team and always willing to help, especially with Tire Repairs that they do quickly no matter how busy they are!

Smith Tire is a hidden gem in Roswell on Alpharetta Street. Far from fancy and shiny like some of the big national tire services but you get great local services and prices that in the case of my recent repair a half of what other tire companies were charging. I don't mind them saving on overhead and not having fancy marketing for a better price and service as long as the job is done right. Check them out, Rick at the front counter is I need guy, friendly and fun to talk too. Looking for a good old fashion customer service with a local feel, this is the place. Especially great for flat repairs and patches. read more

Smith Tire - Tires Near Me - Roswell, Georgia

Melvin's diligence and understanding is second to none. They took my car to Honest One and they wanted me to replace the engine for what turned out to be air pockets in the radiator due to overheating!!! Melvin and I drove the car afterwards and it drove without any issues. His crew resolved the issue in no time at a fair price. Semper Fi! read more

If I could give this company 6 I would. Staff is friendly, reliable; but, most importantly, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Short wait times; prices are extremely fair. This is my go-to shop for auto repairs. No need to go elsewhere. Kudos on a job well done. Sasha read more

When they installed my new tires at a moderate but not low price, they damaged the emergency break on the right rear tire. I noticed the noise immediately, brought it back in and was told that they would fix the breaks for $450.00. I'm having another shop repair their damage at a significantly lower price. read more

I've been bringing my car to Smith's for years they are very very honest, the manager who I can't remember his name at the time unfortunately is very nice and informative. They might be a tiny bit higher than other places but you can be sure that you will not get ripped off and that your work will be done professionally and correctly the first time. They've been there for over 30 years and have a great Reputation, if you need your car worked on Colin I think the managers name is Jimmy I could be incorrect about that but he's an older gentleman with glasses very kind thank you smiths read more

Called in last week about the tire sizes I needed, the guy guy on The phone who didn't say his name told me he would order them for me for today(Monday), after taking my phone and name, to which I was great full for since I'm rolling in my spare right now. called back In today just to make sure he would be ready for me and had got the tires he said he ordered, before I made my way there, he put me on Hold for more than 20 minutes, forgot I was on hold? Lol then proceeded to Pick the phone up with an irritated voice "hello can I help you!??" I was a little confused and reminded him HE put me on hold, to which he put me back on hold and for another 3 minutes and came back to tell me he doesn't have that size and also did not remember me calling last week?? I was hoping to support a local business but damn, I guess this business doesn't value their future customers and have employees with early set dementia? Anyway go somewhere else, if I would of read reviews before my tire desperation I probably would of called elsewhere too. read more

These guys are great!!! I came in to get 4 new tires and they sent me on my way with one. Rick told me that my tires were still good and there would be no point to spend the money in getting new ones. He could have easily given me the new tires and resold my old ones, but he didn't! I'm always impressed with honest businesses! The service is also very quick! 20 minutes and I was good to go! Check them out! They are great!!! read more

Super fast and nice! I had a really bad flat and needed a plug (they nicely explained the difference between a plug and a patch to me, now I know) and I was out of there in 10 minutes or so. Everyone was friendly and I was amazed how quickly they took care of my issue. read more

Honest people, great service, fair price! I've been going there for the last 5-6 years and never been disappointed!

These guys have integrity. After having tires replaced on my vehicle, unfortunately one of the sensors was damaged. It was found when I took my vehicle to the manufacture for service. I reported this information to Smith tire and they quickly compensated me for my out-of-pocket costs. read more
