I had ordered the tires over the phone and made an appointment and within 30 minutes of dropping off, I walked across the street to Publix to have lunch, the wheels that arrived via FedEx to this location were installed, and it looks great. I opted not to purchase the additional $50s/tire certificate, an optional insurance package in case something were to happen to any of the tires. They don't like to call it insurance, but that's what it is. I can purchase that package later so long as a certain amount of tread is left on the tires. Money is tight, but Discount Tire helped me save a little. Folks were kind, and helped me along my way.

The staff greeted me almost immediately, and so far, everything has been outstanding! I got a comparable price to the big warehouse store where I've always bought, even with the add-ons of install, disposal, and warranty. I feel like a got the best deal, especially knowing DT had a far bigger selection of tires for my EV. I really appreciate the texted link with a real-time status check throughout the entire process! Love that the technician came to me in the lobby to personally let me know my car's in the bay. Unexpected. (Call me spoiled, I would have loved if they offered at least coffee & water while I waited.) And just like that!! I'm done in under 20 minutes!!

I recently stopped by Canada Tire Company in Alpharetta and came away really impressed with the…read moreexperience. It's one of those local automotive shops that clearly values honesty and quality work over quick sales. The team was welcoming right away and took the time to listen to what was going on with my car before recommending anything. That alone made the visit feel more personal than the typical tire shop experience. They carry a wide range of well-known tire brands and also handle services like mounting, balancing, alignments, and general auto repairs, so it's a convenient place if your vehicle needs more than just a new set of tires. What stood out most was how clearly everything was explained. Instead of rushing through the process, they walked me through the options and helped me choose what actually made sense for my car and budget. The work itself was done efficiently, and the car felt noticeably smoother when I drove away. It's clear they take pride in doing things the right way rather than cutting corners. The shop also has a long-standing presence in the community and has been serving drivers in the area for decades, which says a lot about the trust they've built with local customers. Overall, Canada Tire Company feels like the kind of neighborhood shop you hope to find--knowledgeable mechanics, fair pricing, and a straightforward approach to automotive service. I'll definitely be returning the next time my car needs tires or maintenance.
