Carlos was knowledgeable, helpful, and skilled. He took the extra effort to swap the batteries while the vehicle was running so I wouldn't have to reset the computer, clocks, sound system, etc. I was very grateful for that thoughtfulness.

The level of service I received was amazing. I came to buy windshield wipers and they were on sale. Woot woot. When I arrived, I was greeted by 2 really friendly employees who opened both doors for me. (A girl could get used to this) The manager helped me select wipers for my car, and another employee put them on for me. It was raining and I offered to wait until it died down so he wouldn't have to install them in the rain. He didn't want me to wait so he took care of it right away. I had time to spare, but was grateful. My process was seamless and the staff was beyond friendly. We met a regional manager out front who chatted me up while my wipers were installed. As if my experience wasn't enough, they had a special event going with a petting zoo, bounce house, local radio station and food. If I ever need auto parts, THIS is my place. Keep up the great work!
