Customer service was excellent, they truly care to please the customer and make sure every single customer leaves happy. I arrived at Arman's car audio around 10:30 AM and there were several customers already there ahead of me so I was 3rd or 4th in the queue to have my set up installed. Which I didn't mind because I was able to finish some work on my laptop in the waiting area. They also offer free WiFi to customers. It's been 2 weeks since I hade my remote start system installed on my vehicle and I have had no issues at all, and I am very pleased with the quality and service I was provided by with Arman's car audio. The installation was done perfectly and professionally. There was no unexpected issues, and you couldn't even tell that they had my dashboard taken apart. I texted the main number and got an immediate call back from Mo over at Luminex who apologized and ask me to come to the Luminex shop and they would get me taken care of. The shops are within a mile of each other so no trouble at all. I purchased a Groupon for the Nano Ceramic on the front two windows. I saw a previous review that stated Groupons can only be used during the week. I did not have this experience. There were no issues using it at all. Note: Groupons are good for I believe 35% tinting. You can upgrade this for$50. Mo was great in showing me all options and even let me look through the back windows of his car so I could see the amount of light blockage. It was overcast at the time so it was super helpful because it made me realize, what I wanted to do for my back windows would be much too dark for my vision issues and night time driving. He wasn't pushy or tried to upsell aggressively as some places normally would. In the end, I decided to only do my front windows and windshield to start with. I wanted all windows to be uniform so did 20% on the front windows to match the back, 70% on the windshield and added a 5% strip in the top 6 inches of the windshield. Great news is that there's a 3 year warranty! So I was able to purchase worry free! The windshield was $175 and the added strip was $50. The prices are great in comparison to what I've paid for tinting on other SUVs. From the outside it looks excellent. From the inside you definitely feel the temperature and light difference. Right now it still needs to cure so there are some blurry spots but I was assured with leaving it in the sun for as long as I can this would clear up. Tips I was given was to not roll the windows down, don't use the defroster, and only use the foot level AC for a few days. It's also really nice they placed a DO NOT ROLL DOWN sticker across the window buttons as a reminder. If the tinting doesn't clear up, I'll comeback and amend the review but I have all faith that they will be great! Thanks, Mo! Oh I also have to mention that I booked my original appointment with Ali who was great at explaining all options and didn't rush me to get off the phone.

Shoddy, amateur workmanship and no integrity. Not only did they keep my vehicle for days longer…read morethan expected, but they concealed their poor workmanship. Their installation damaged the surrounds on my mid-woofers, costing me $2,167.74 to replace the speakers. According to Cartunes of Atlanta, the damage was caused strictly due to incorrect installation methods. According to the speaker manufacturer, Polk Audio, the speakers could not be repaired. Also, they mounted the crossovers inside the door panels where they were exposed to moisture/water instead of in the cabin, as is customary. Chavez refused to accept any responsibility.

Be very wary of doing business with this individual. He does not stand true to his word.

I recently visited to inquire about getting my new 2024 Kia Telluride ceramic coated and decided on the top-level 9-year Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra product with a basic level paint correction. The shop had a special on window coatings so I added that for a small additional fee. During the application process, Preston contacted me to share a rare challenge they sometimes have with Black vehicles the 9-year coating was not working as expected and they would need to use the 5-year Crystal Serum Light but would also add a second level coating of EXOV4Uitra Durable Hydrophobic Coating to create the best coating, protection and shine possible given the circumstances. Like I told Preston, I was disappointed that could not get the 9-year coating and yet I appreciated his explaining a few times so I could understand what was happening and I appreciated working with me to make appropriate adjustments even though the shop encountered extra labor on the second coat. The real story here is the team at EZ Auto Spa does an awesome job and treats customers fairly and in turn they earned my trust that I got the best product possible for my vehicle given the challenges they encountered. Currently, I do not have issues with quality. Both projects were completed timely. Unfortunately, the two-star review is for the financial transition experience for the car on 12/26/24. We tried reaching out via text, website contact, email, and Facebook contact with zero response. My husband was quoted 400 verbally for the tint of the car. He told my husband if you pay Venmo, there is no tax. My husband had to step away and I handled the financially transaction. My husband in hindsight, wish he was there, to confront the payment. He charged 550 for the tint of the car. He also told me, that there is no tax if you pay cash only. He said that there is tax if you pay Venmo. I paid with card, as I had no cash on me. I told my husband, he charged 550. My husband said that is not what was agreed too. We tried reaching out for explanation before we wrote this review, but there has been no attempt by him. As for the other observations, I will note in this review. Extremely late to both scheduled appointments. On 12/25/24, on Christmas night, we get a phone call after 10:30 PM. We did not pick up the phone. We were in bed. Who calls on Christmas night after 10pm to a customer? We believe the call was to confirm the appointment on 12/26/24. He also texted afterwards on Christmas night. Upon paying, I noticed that he was very "tired" & "slow" talking, semi spaced out. Upon explaining how to care for the tinting, he kept repeating the same thing about 3 times. His partner had to step into the conversation and say, what he is trying to say is....... try to cure the car in the sun. I didn't have good experience observing the slow behavior and talk. I also found it unprofessional that they had a very small dog or puppy in their vehicle on cold day as they worked. I didn't notice this until we paid. I would have questioned this, if we noticed the dog earlier. I suggest if you do get your vehicles serviced to request a paper or electronic trail of the quote, NOT verbal. He also didn't put break light back in. We called. He gave an attitude and seemed bothered and OFF, when we called. Stay away!!!
