Just upgraded my 2013 Wrangler JKU with a new Pioneer AVH-1550NEX & Apple CarPlay. Auto Accents did a great job helping me select the unit and did a great installation job. Highly recommend!

This place gave me a beautiful start to my day. I had bought a brand new remote for my alarm last week at a different place. Then I noticed when locking my vehicle, it would lock, but it wouldn't show as locked on my remotes led screen. Needless to say that drove me up the wall. I was told what I would need to order by 3 different techs which was another antenna since it is two way and it wasn't connecting to the new remote. The place I was going to go back to where I originally bought it, was going to order it for me but it would have taken 2-3 days for me to receive it. I couldn't wait that long. On a whim, while I was looking up different places who may carry it, I ran into these guys on the website. However it was Saturday and they were closed and I had to suffer another 2 days. I got to the place and was greeted by Stan the man. I told him what the problem was and he told me to hold a second so he can look in his storage area. This guy came back with an antenna and said that's the only one he had left and wasn't sure if it was the right one. So I told him let's try it, if it works I'll buy it. We hooked it up, programmed it, then locked the doors and damn!! IT WORKED!! Come to find out it had the same serial number my old one had but I think it was more of an updated version as mine is 7 years old. On top of that, it's also a play store for men. Different types of equipment and some great quality sound also for those of you who loves that BOOM in the trunk. Check them out.

I had almost fooled myself into believing that they were toast and that was a good enough reason for me to go in debt and replace them. After speaking with my man Javi (Store manager) I decided to allow Luminex the opportunity to bring them back to life with a new gun metal powder coat with clear. Might as well go ahead and have them put some Candy Apple Red on the brake calipers while exposed. Couldn't be more happy with the finish product. Thank u Luminex and a special thx to Javi for another flawless job well done!

I texted the main number and got an immediate call back from Mo over at Luminex who apologized and ask me to come to the Luminex shop and they would get me taken care of. The shops are within a mile of each other so no trouble at all. I purchased a Groupon for the Nano Ceramic on the front two windows. I saw a previous review that stated Groupons can only be used during the week. I did not have this experience. There were no issues using it at all. Note: Groupons are good for I believe 35% tinting. You can upgrade this for$50. Mo was great in showing me all options and even let me look through the back windows of his car so I could see the amount of light blockage. It was overcast at the time so it was super helpful because it made me realize, what I wanted to do for my back windows would be much too dark for my vision issues and night time driving. He wasn't pushy or tried to upsell aggressively as some places normally would. In the end, I decided to only do my front windows and windshield to start with. I wanted all windows to be uniform so did 20% on the front windows to match the back, 70% on the windshield and added a 5% strip in the top 6 inches of the windshield. Great news is that there's a 3 year warranty! So I was able to purchase worry free! The windshield was $175 and the added strip was $50. The prices are great in comparison to what I've paid for tinting on other SUVs. From the outside it looks excellent. From the inside you definitely feel the temperature and light difference. Right now it still needs to cure so there are some blurry spots but I was assured with leaving it in the sun for as long as I can this would clear up. Tips I was given was to not roll the windows down, don't use the defroster, and only use the foot level AC for a few days. It's also really nice they placed a DO NOT ROLL DOWN sticker across the window buttons as a reminder. If the tinting doesn't clear up, I'll comeback and amend the review but I have all faith that they will be great! Thanks, Mo! (Hope this is spelled correctly lol) I will definitely be back I'm sure for more work at your shop! Oh I also have to mention that I booked my original appointment with Ali who was great at explaining all options and didn't rush me to get off the phone.

I was involved in an incident on October 26, 2024…read more After a few attempts to use a preferred partner shop of Auto Owners, I was forced to select a shop of my own. I chose Mundy's Collision in Lawrenceville, GA. The initial "parking lot estimate" was done by their employee, Pam. This estimate was for replacement of the driver's quarter panel for $7,200. At this point, I submitted my vehicle for repairs under the premise that they would work with Auto Owners to indemnify me to my pre-accident condition. Shortly afterwards I received a call that repair of the quarter panel was possible instead of replacement and that a supplement payment of $3600 would be sent, in addition to the initial $1400 photo estimate from Auto Owners. I thought the supplement was excessive, but they already had my car and I had no other option but to proceed with this shop. I began to receive updates from the shop about the progress on my vehicle throughout the following weeks. It was there for a little over three weeks. I was given a call on 2/28 that the vehicle was ready at a total of $5018 that was due by me. I took an uber to the shop to pick it up because their employee, Dylan, assured me it had been calibrated and tested and was ready to go. I immediately noticed that it was obvious the vehicle had been in an accident and been repaired. You can see the paint doesn't match correctly and there is more metallic sparkle in the quarter and certainly not worthy of the $5,000 price tag. Michael came outside to deal with my feedback and became defensive when I expressed that I did not see the 55 hours put into the repair. I decided to move on from the situation and pay the balance due. Inside the office, Michael says "I don't why you are upset, it's not like this is out of your pocket". I was outraged and was expecting quality and accurate hours spent on the repair, regardless of who paid for it. As soon as I attempted to drive off, suddenly 2 brake lamp warning lights went off. This was after I was charged for over $650 for vehicle inspection. Dylan arranged an Uber for me to go back home for work, which I appreciated it. Coincidentally, the Uber driver said she had a similar experience of Mundy's inflating invoices. I returned to the shop before closing with my counterpart for support because I felt I was being bullied. Ivis (original service writer) came out to deal with me and admitted to manipulating the invoice so the car wouldn't be "totaled." At this point, a man came out and told us to come inside, who later said his name was Dustin (assuming manager). Ivis and Dustin stated they had "moved funds around" to get the insurance company to pay for the necessary work. Then they tried to justify their fraudulent activities by saying they saved my car from being totaled. In actuality all they did was fluff the invoice and did not even fix the car properly. Dustin was condescending towards me and repeatedly asked if I am in the body shop business. Finally he asked what he can do to make it right. I replied that I want a corrected line by line invoice of the work that was actually done, including the actual labor. There is no way this repair took 55 hours. I asked if the labor cost would be refunded and He said absolutely not. In the lobby, Dustin became more aggressive and was very close to my body, telling me take my keys and leave after asking me if I had "checked out." Mundy's Collison never provided me with an itemized list or had me sign off on their additional repairs for the supplement. The final invoice has so much work that was not necessary or even done. I can pinpoint each item. A search of Google reviews shows that this is a common practice with this shop. Countless tales of unnecessary repairs being written up and work not being done properly are there out there. On the following Monday, I was give a refund check of $318. Upon checking another revised, edited invoice, the service writer added details of the shop "discounting" their rates and adding the repaired brake lamp to make it look like they had lower their costs to fit the final bill of $5108.

If you have a lot of money ($100,000+) to spend, have no time limit, and like to hear the same canned excuses for why your car isn't ready as repeatedly promised, this place is for you. If you are considering using this business, do your research first. Look at multiple sources. Look at public records. UCC filings. Bankruptcy filings. Civil tax liens. How many recent good reviews are there and for how big a job? Notice the common themes of the critical ones. Then read the tone of the owner's responses, consistently disparaging clients who expressed dissatisfaction with their experience. My own recent horrible experience was very much like the others. But 10X worse. Maybe yours would be different. But be prepared for the same 5-6 tired responses to any problem you have, and then for personal insults. UPDATE: our car was picked up (unfinished) and trailered straight to a reputable shop in Marietta which has been here 40 years for inspection and evaluation of the work allegedly performed. They went through every charge for parts and labor. We discovered that the job done could have been done for HALF of what we paid. And the quality of work was unremarkable. Now, we have to put at least $15,000 more in to fix all of the new leaks and unfinished work, including three of the initial things we brought the car in for. (Window, lights and AC) Examples of work done before that needs to be redone now: Modify shift linkage to clear exhaust pipe transmission kick down linkage missing, replace transmission fluid leak from cooler line at back of transmission may need to have a new line made Parking brake cables need to be attached; cable is missing Both rear freeze plugs leaking Brake lights and turn signals not working (they worked when we brought the car in) Reseal both valve covers due to leaks Again, caveat emptor.

As soon as they realized I was coming through insurance, they shoved paperwork at me to sign with zero explanation just, "sign here." The service advisor, STEPHEN BRYANT, was incredibly unprofessional and seemed more interested in chasing commission than helping me. He tried to blame my car's issue on a previous accident, which was completely false. I received an estimate, and minutes later when I called to say I wasn't moving forward with the repair, he claimed the job was already "almost done." What?? That made no sense clearly a tactic to lock in payment. It gets worse: they quoted the insurance to replace my bumper, but instead reused my old bumper, just to collect the payout. I was ultimately charged over $600 for NOTHING. When I tried to get my car back, they said I'd have to pay $200 just to remove and reattach parts they barely worked on. After all the arguing, I still had to pay $329 for this shop to do basically nothing to my vehicle. The whole experience was dishonest, greedy, and insulting. And yes Stephen Bryant's behavior felt discriminatory and outright racist. **Avoid this place at all costs.** Unprofessional, misleading, and unethical.
