This was my first experience with tinting, and I only got my front 2 side windows tinted! The passenger side had a 1 inch bubble in it, and the driver side had about 6-7 very tiny bubbles. I made another appt to have them re-done and they were SO nice! The large bubble took about 3+ weeks but it finally went away, but they re-did my driver side window and it looks great!!! Went in, discussed options. Mad a choice, install took about 2 hours. Full window tint (5 windows). Left windshield stock (do a lot of night towing in dark places) Letting tiny cure for required 3-5 days, per recommended policy (do not roll windows down!! Tint needs to adhere to glass properly, and if doesn't, will pull tint and cause problems) First experience with them and no complaints. Staff was professional and courteous and eager to do work that I THE CUSTOMER wanted done to my vehicle (2024 Chevrolet 2500 HD). Will be requesting more services when needed. I went in for tint, stereo and a sub install, i figured it was convenient right. Tint was good. Mind you everything in the truck was working and already had cables hooked up from the battery and fuse box to the back seat. They weren't able to install the stereo so they returned the truck with the same stereo, hooked up a cheap, rattly sub enclosure (said it sounded bad due to my floor mats and an empty can i had in the backseat??) and somehow managed to delete my steering wheel functions and backup camera. For the high price they charged i guess i was expecting quality work and products. They refused to fix my steering wheel and backup camera, said i have to buy more stuff and pay them again to fix it. They wouldnt let me return any of the equipment (since it sounded terrible) and refused to work out anything with me. They simply brushed off their hands and called it a job Do yourself a BIG favor and hit up Arman's Car Audio in norcross for all your car electronic needs, they dont even charge half of what these guys do and they have warranty on their products & labor read more

Worst customer experience ever! Spent over $600 (actually over $700 because I am ashamed) on an installation of a new Pioneer head unit (which I brought in), back up camera, and switched a 10" sub box for a 12". Very sloppy installation. Cables hanging for bass controller Sound was terrible! Tech nonchalantly says "yeah, I didn't tune the system." Was disgusted but pulled off. Tried to use the phone and the microphone was not connected. Had to turn around and get that fixed. The steering wheel controls were off (volume control skipped the tracks and more). Less than a week later the back up camera stopped working. And the sound just stopped. Luckily, they quickly fixed those problems. Had some traveling to do and got back. Took to AudioFX (who I normally use, but didn't know they moved), and asked the great owner to check system. He said the wires installed were terribly inferior and the installation was pathetically bad. However he tuned my system and made it sound 200% better! $50 bucks. Talked to my barber who is in the plaza next door to Tint World and he listed several stories of terrible service. DO NOT GO TO TINT WORLD! Especially in Lawrencevile GA! read more

I do not recommend this place. Brought my brand new Tesla to get a $500 tint. After getting it back They f*** my door panel and window up. The material of the panel had been damaged. I specifically asked them if they know how to work on Tesla window because it lets down half an inch automatically. They told me yes. However judging by the damages, they arent experienced with handling Teslas. Also, my window stays popped out now. So when I go to roll the window down it shakes because they must have pushed onto it where it took the window out of place, and after I roll it back up it closes with the window popped out. I went back up there to show them the damages but they denied it. What he don't know was that I took a before picture literally right before getting tint installed and you can see that the door panel was not damaged. I would also like to mention that they left the interior with solution that ran down from the windows. They could have cleaned that up, but instead left it. There is no quality. read more
