We bought a brand new car, we wanted our windows tented and O2 Window Tinting is the company that the dealership used. The dealership took the car to O2 Window Tinting. When I received the car back I noticed a cut in the middle of my window, I was told to take it to Octavius. Octavius was nice and he replaced the tint on the window right away and he said that the bubbles in the windows will disappear in a week, just keep the car in the sun. I was all happy until I got home and realized one of my back window was a miss cut. No big deal I would just take it to him so he can fix. I waited over two week for the tint to dry and I still had bubbles every were. So I called Octavius he gave me every excuse in the book why my tint job turned out the way it did and even said that the car dealerships rush him. He was nice, he agreed to redo the tint job and said that he needed a sunny day. It must rained for over a week. He stated that it would not be 100% perfect, I told him to take his time because I wanted it done right. I took my car in around 11am on a Thursday, we talked about possibility of getting the back only windows slightly darker, he said the he was under contract with the dealership, I would have to pay $75 and a waver. This never happened. I said never mind about it anyways. Then we had another person come out and say if we get the rear window darker it would make the whole car darker, we were like sure but we never officially agreed on it. They said that the car would be done by Thursday night, I was like if it takes longer it's ok because I wanted it done right. They later text me and said it would be done Friday at noon. I said it was fine I had to work and I would be there around 3pm Friday. I got there around 3pm Friday and they were still not done with the car. Octavius showed me the car and the back window was still not done, there was a peace of film on one of the back windows and I asked him what is was he said oh it's nothing. I also noticed that I had a very obvious dark tint on my car, hardly a shade darker. I really did liked it but I did not agreed on it. I honestly think he was possibly trying to be nice, so I hope. So I waited for him for over an hour to get finished. He handed me the keys and asked me to recommend him to others. Octavius was nice to me to this point. I was happy and I drove the car home, when I got out of the car I notice a part of the tint was hanging down from the back window, this is were things started coming at me, as I was opening the drivers side back passenger door I noticed a scratch in the paint job, then I notice light coming in were he pulled the film off in front of me, now why he just did not go ahead and fix it is beyond me. I pushed the tint back to the windows with a wash cloth that he left in my car. I went to the store on Saturday morning to pickup grocery's, my daughter put two bags in the trunk before we realized there was a puddle of something in there, my daughter already stuck her hand in it and her hand started to burn right away. I rushed her into Walmart to wash it off. On the way home I started noticing scratches pri marks on my door. When I got back home I started to really looking over the car, there were scratches inside of the car, each door except one had pri marks and scratches. I had glue or some type of chemical all over the car. I felt that he used my car as his personal trash can with the mess he left behind, even scuff marks and pices of tint all over the place. I was not happy at all seeing the mess all over my leather and interior. I don't know how to explain it but I was so unhappy and disgusted with the car that I did not drive it again until I took it back to the dealership. It was so bad after a month of having my new car I already wanted to trade it in. I was going back to O2 window tint but I decided to go to the dealership first. I went around with the dealership for about two weeks, they have fixed some of the damage and plan on having all the damage fixed. Octavius came up to the dealership with an attitude and pulled on the drivers panel like my car does not matter or he did not care, to show the service man how he works on the cars, and of cores he denied the damages that he done, then he leaves. Oh by the way he left a trim kit in my car that was not his either. They sent my car back to him have the window tint fixed. The dealership should of been handling it the whole time. It took over three weeks to get my car back. My cars windows has now had three different shades and the man still can't cut the tint right, both of my back windows have a inch gap from the window frame to the tint ware the window is not covered. The bottom line is even though these people were nice at first they are armatures and very unprofessional, they messed up my brand new 40k car after having it for only two week. Very dishonest people. I got an attitude when I did not deserve it. If they cause any damages don't expect them to own up to it. read more
