First, he is so pleasant and easy going, and explains things, which I appreciate since it is not my area of expertise. Second, he navigates insurance really well. He is not on our provider list, but we totally trust him, so we use him anyway. We just tell our insurance that he is our choice, and he communicates with insurance about everything after that to get the work covered. Finally, the best part is that he does beautiful work. Our cars literally look brand new when we get them back. Great service and product value. Highly recommend.

I was able to chat with several people, including one of the few seasoned fiberglass experts in the area, and was given a general ballpark. Once serious and decided, I returned to hand over the car and get a more tuned quote and timeline. During the next 12 weeks, the car's awful fiberglass body was given much needed TLC. Mike was in constant contact over phone and text message, providing status updates, pictures, and timeline updates. I'm very very pleased with the results and the price. It was not cheap (between $5k and $10k), but other shops were quoting $15k+. The difference might be that the other shops were only wanting to do a perfect, concourse-level job, and I was able to inform Sentry that this was unnecessary for my use case. I highly recommend Sentry to anyone with a car they truly care about, be it classic or modern. You won't pay an exorbitant price and will get very good results. I'm sure you can get better results if you ask and are willing to pay for the extra time.

CC's Stephen Kish was more than a great help, he helped us more than out insurance company did. They did an excellent job on the car and it was completed earlier than first estimated. In fact, the entire staff that we interacted with were all helpful and extremely friendly. Thank you all SO much.

DO NOT TRUST CLASSIC COLLISION WITH YOUR VEHICLE. This shop is a complete scam--negligent,…read moredishonest, and utterly incompetent. If you value your safety, your time, or your money, go anywhere else. I brought in my 2023 vehicle with less than 25,000 miles after an accident that only affected the undercarriage--yet despite keeping my car for nearly a month, Classic Collision still failed to repair it properly and returned it to me twice in unsafe condition. After getting my car back, it was still making the same shaking noise when turning--even though Classic claimed they had repaired the axle. Unsurprisingly, when I took my vehicle to the DEALERSHIP, they confirmed that BOTH axles needed to be replaced--meaning Classic Collision completely failed to do the job they were paid for. This is absolutely appalling. Adding to their pattern of deceit, I have yet to receive the customer feedback link they supposedly send after service. Given their complete lack of professionalism, I can only assume this is a deliberate attempt to prevent me from sharing my experience and silencing negative feedback. If they were truly confident in their work, they wouldn't be afraid of customer reviews. So let's recap what this shop put me through: Held my car hostage for nearly a MONTH--yet still failed to fix it. Tried to return my car TWICE in unsafe condition Completely ignored a critical axle issue, despite all accident damage being to the undercarriage. Charged insurance an extra $2,800 for a repair that was NEVER completed. Admitted to using old, defective parts just to replace them later. Wasted weeks of my time and still failed to fix the problem. Failed to send a feedback link, likely to avoid accountability. Dealership confirmed BOTH axles still needed replacing--after Classic supposedly "fixed" them. This is a 2023 vehicle with under 25,000 miles--there is NO EXCUSE for this level of incompetence. This shop is an absolute disgrace. They will waste your time, take your money, risk your safety, and gaslight you into thinking they've done their job when they haven't. At this point, I wouldn't trust these people to pump my gas, let alone touch my vehicle again. Classic Collision should not be in business. They are either dangerously incompetent or deliberately deceptive--either way, they have NO BUSINESS repairing vehicles.
