The blower didn't dry the car at all, there was soap remaining after rinsed, the tire shine was nonexistent and the mat cleaner had no water like other car washes. Additionally the vacuums were marginal and they didn't provide leather cleaner or air freshener, only windex. The workers were not friendly at all! Definitely would not pay 40 per month for a sub service car wash. So glad I got the free coupon to try it out first, but it is our last visit and will never be back. read more

What a great deal to be had here. I moved here a year ago and one of my friends was getting her Jeep washed here regularly. So, I did what any person would do here, I signed up for the monthly wash club. Every month, I can wash my car every day if I wanted, and they have vacuum and cleaning stations for the interior of your car available. Super convenient and also quite reasonable. It's fast and efficient. Nate is always there, greeting people with a smile. There has been some turnover. One person who I think isn't there any longer scuffed my back of the car with the brush/mop when soaping the back of the car. Accidental, but I didn't realize the car was scratched until the next day when I saw it. Too bad, but I'm not going to lose sleep over it. They have many packages to choose from, so pick your poison and keep that car looking shiny and new! read more

I had a horrible experience here and if I could give it a negative star I would. I was searching for a car wash that would wash in the inside and clean the outside of my car but with no luck I came across this place that at least had the most stars so that looked promising to me. It was a drive thru car wash and once your car was done it was left to you to clean the outside of the car which I understood prior to going to this place which was ok. I purchased the slightly higher than the cheap one since it was suppose to rain in the next few days and that was ok with me as well. Since it was pretty cold outside and I didn't have time to clean the inside of my car I drove off. Once I got home I realized that the passenger side of my car still had bird poop and dirty spots. I didn't have time to take it back and did so the next day. I brought this to the attention of the guy working there and he said that he couldn't help me and that I would have to pay to have it washed again. He shortly after brought over the manager Richard who I told about my concerns and said that he wasn't going to help me either. I had to manually clean the outside of my car and the inside. I was not offered anything to compensate for my problems and was even told that I needed to pay to vacuum the inside of my car as well even though I had already used the wash. The machine that cleans the floor mats does not do a though job either and needs to be clean after it goes through the machine. If you take it here take it somewhere else to clean up where they lacked. If you are looking for a place to wash your car this is DEFINITELY NOT THE PLACE. RICHARD the MANAGER is NOT helpful and not familiar with customer service. Wash your car at home before going to this place. read more

Awful car wash, you'd be better off in a gas station wash. My SUV is still dirty. Pictures attached. Why pay to have a dirty car? Also, the car wash broke the stripping off my rear wiper (about a year old) and a piece of my stock luggage rack off. I clearly should've examined the place more, but I also didn't realize I had to vacuum my own car, too. Just assumed that would be included, especially when I asked and they said yes. Just didn't realize this was even a thing. The assistant manager, who didn't have a business card, or offer me his name, would not hear any of it. Not too familiar with this area but I have to imagine there's a better one nearby staffed by people who actually care. Pretty ticked off. Paid $15 for a wash. Manager would not let me rewash my car after it still came out extremely dirty and wouldn't bother brushing my mats. Manager was extremely unprofessional with me when I was trying to find solution to getting my car rewashed. On top of this, nobody was wearing masks. I canceled my membership on the spot after this situation. This place is right down the street from me and I will not be coming back after my membership is officially canceled. read more

Long time customer. Authorized auto-pay. This company started charging my credit card higher fees without my authorization or notifiying me for the past several months. They always had my email id and tel# in their system but now they claim my emailid is not in their system so I did not get the fee increase notification. Also, they closed the location that I always used during middle of the billing cycle and refusing to refund the pro-rated fee for the closed period. read more

Went longer than I should have without a wash so my car was super dirty. One roll through the wash cycle didn't clean it all the way, but I wasn't expecting it to. Fantastic car wash place if speed and customer service are your top priorities. The very friendly staff here and the cheap prices keep me coming back for more. You roll in to the double drive-thru (two lanes for customers), you select which wash you want and any special upgrades if interested, roll on up, the staff tapes down your rear windshield wiper or any other loose ends your vehicle might have, you put your car into neutral, and boom! Suddenly you're guided into the depths of the cave. They use various lights and colors to make it a really cool experience. I like to add some of my own music for ambience and bring popcorn; it's quite an experience! After the show, you're confronted with a sign that tells you to put everything back in Drive and GTFO before a car behind you bruises your car's freshly-washed ass. You pull around and you have the choice of either exiting completely, or circling around to the left again where all the free vacuums, trash cans, microfiber cloths, windex, and air freshener sprays are. Ok, this place was damn good for the money. You get towels to wipe down your car after the wash. You get spray bottles with a solution to help clean up windows and interior for dust control. And the vacuums are free too, and work. They have an attendant cleaning up the whole time we were there. So consider this wash for your on the go needs. read more

Just moved to GA and have been looking for a place to wash our cars for a good price. This place is great. They have all sorts of deals and they have free vacuums that you can use. As well as free clean towels and window cleaner you can use then a bucket where you put the dirty towels once you're done using them. Will be going back! read more

I ran into an issue today where white paint was spilled in the turn lane to my work. My tires and wheel well was covered in paint. Quick Wash was the only car wash opening at 8am so I didn't have much of a choice. Luckily for me Richard at the Quick Wash went above and beyond to help me through my situation. I've never even thought about having a car wash subscription but after the service I received from Richard I'll consider it. He is a shining example of customer service should be done. I paid for the $20 wash and after running it through there was still a significant amount of dirt and debris on the hood of my car. Called the manager over and he says they recommend washing the car once a week. Who does that? And offered absolutely nothing other than it's build up and you need to get your car washed once a week. Ridiculous. Also, not sure if all of the vacuums are like this but mine was extremely weak and barely sucked up anything. read more

Previous ownership was great. Have 3 highline cars on wash plans. Just recently sold my work highline car and went to cancel my membership. Young attended looked it up said ok your good its cancelled. Got a notification March 2nd my card was charged $25. I went back a couple days later to find out what happened and the manager looked and said its closed and his tablet to refund me wasn't working properly said no problem I will manually get it done by 12 noon the same day. Took my cell number as he was going to call me then when it was completed. Not to my surprise, no call or Refund of $25 to my card. I decide to call this time vs 3 trips from sugarloaf and got a call service business who said they handled this account. The lady was nice Nd researched my acct and said it wasn't cancelled and she was going to ensure it was done right then. She said it refund should be there in 5 to 7 business days as usual. Well it's 20 plus days later and no refund. It's the principle not $25 dollars as I have a business with 29 employees I own. Very disappointed read more

I am taking Daniel Gallegher (sp?) to small claims court for his refusal to reimburse me for the damage done to me to my 2015 Sante Fe Sport Utility Vehicle. I did not see the 3 yellow cones around the sharp curve out of the car wash building. The turn is sharp. There was no warning about the pothole in advance and the navigation between the pothole and the curb is difficult even if the driver sees it.
