There was so much advertising done about this place!! It was hard to miss with all the mail coming in, emails and social media postings. I didn't get to go the grand opening day and honestly had friends telling me about the long lines wrapping into the street and how long it was taking for them to get through. It's very safe to say this place was POPPIN. It's a boujee car wash that did a pretty good job at cleaning my car. There's a good amount of slots open to vacuum and clean right after too. Pretty solid car wash for a decent price. This has a good membership deal as well! Loved the exterior and definitely will be coming back! read more

Never, ever consider paying for their "membership." Their machines don't read my car's license plate, so I'm unable to use the service. Other times, the machine is out of service, yet I'm still paying for a service that I CANNOT use. I called the manager or owner to cancel the membership, but he claimed I had the "wrong number," even though he was the one who gave me his phone number and asked me to remove this review. The car wash never answers the phone either, so they are forcing me to continue paying for a service that I CANNOT use. read more

Al salir del túnel de lavado mi vidrio parabrisas estaba partido, partiendose durante el transcurso del lavado y NO me dieron ninguna solución, dicen que NO se hacen responsables y no quisieron mostrarme el video de las cámaras del negocio para certificar que mi vehículo entró sin ningun problema en el parabrisas y una maquina realizo el daño a mi propiedad. Fui atendida por el Gerente Sr Nicolas Castro quien me indico que no el establecimiento no se hace responsable por daños a los vehículos, por lo que tomare otras medidas para obtener la solución correcta a la responsabilidad que ellos tienen y deben cumplir. I went through the car wash and paid for their "Stellar" wash for $30 and received a standard wash ($15) - I know because my tires were not polished. That's quite an amount to lose value on. I called an associate over and was told I could circle around for a rewash. However, their payment kiosk has no help button or way to call an associate over for assistance or if you happened to end up there and realized you forgot your card, you'd be stuck sitting there with no way to get out if you had cars behind you. I called them about a dozen times on the phone to see if they'd pick up and come to my assistance. It's been over a day and they have yet to return my call. Sure, it's not often you need help at the kiosk but it does not happen. A business should not be set up so that can take payment but should you need help, it's almost impossible to get it. Aside from customer service issues, the vacuum station is also set up awkwardly so that you're sharing a vacuum that has a short hose. The microfiber clothes they have are covered in wood chips and dirt and they do not have any spray bottles with windex. Fo read more

I had a one-time service with this shop back in October 2025 and was told by the person in charge that the price for a single visit is the same as a monthly plan. At no point were recurring charges ever mentioned. However, my bank account has been charged every month (Oct, Nov, Dec, and Jan) even though I never went back. I tried calling multiple times, left voicemails, and searched their website--no one picked up or responded. When I attempted to dispute the charges with my bank, the claim was denied due to the small amount. Only after leaving a public review did the shop finally reach out--but instead of helping, they demanded impossible details like the exact time of the original service and the employee's name. They said they have "so many customers" and need the audio to prove I'm honest." They also made it clear that anything I submit on their website would be refused if I don't provide those details, and that no refund would be issued. This is ridiculous, dishonest, and completely unacceptable behavior. I strongly advise never using this company. read more

Everything about the car wash itself is pretty good. The workers are helpful as well However, the license plate reader at the entrance to the car wash is pretty much always down. We have four cars linked to this car wash and I feel that I have to flag down a worker to let me in every time for the past few months There needs to be some way to communicate with the staff without having them walk down to the entrance every time, but more importantly, the license plate reader needs to be fixed and maintained! read more

Grand Opening Today! live nearby so I couldn't ignore all of the advertising in the area. I signed up as an Unlimited Member since I'm over my other car wash. They had limited hours until their grand opening today. Unfortunately it rained much of the last month so I only went a few times. The place is new and sparkly. I was content with the quality of my car wash. The license plate reader is very slow. I'll come back and review again after this official opening. Hopefully the worked out a few kinks. read more

The guy at the front was really friendly and helped explain each different wash. The wash is pretty quick even though there was a line. The vacuum was strong and they have compressed air too for extra stuck dirt which is nice. My car is really shiny now so I feel like it was well worth the price, plus I can wash every week for the same price as like two washes. read more
