The car and car wash was wonderful. They did a great job with the interior as well and it was a great value compared to other places.

Please AVOID. I wish I could give less than one. Amazing bad customer service as well as car cleaning work. It was suppose to be hand wash. After paying $30, car still looks dirty. On top of it guys while cleaning kept on smoking and now I have smoke smell in my car. At first, we just took my old, cheap, beat-up car to see how well they would do. When we drove up, I was very skeptical because the place looks run down and the prices are CHEAP - like too good to be true cheap. We parked behind a line of other cars, left the key in my car and walked to the other side of the car wash where, on a parking lot, they have some random office chairs and outdoor lounge chairs to sit on. I'll admit, my skepticism was growing at this point because the chairs standing on a parking lot don't give me that "professional" comfort. At this point, my car hadn't been washed in months (years?) and it was just AWFUL. I rarely drive these days so I stopped taking care of it. I was shocked to see what they did to my car once it was finished. Seriously, it looked new! On the way home I decided that we should take care of some chores simply because I was, for the first time in years, enjoying driving my old car again. We now go here quite often with all of our cars because they continue to do a consistent, amazing job and charge practically nothing. Seriously, the owner inspects our cars every time after they're finished to make sure that everything meets his quality standards. The guys is always there and has an amazing work ethic. The last time that we went, we actually felt bad. We just came back from a road trip to Chicago that we made with our dog, who shed pounds of hair all over our brand new SUV. I expected them to do a good job, but this one guy, who was supposed to vacuum the car, must have taken over half an hour to make sure that every freaking hair was picked up. We told him that it didn't need to be that crazy clean, but he took pride in making sure that it was perfect. We weren't running late or anything so we didn't mind waiting, but we felt really bad that they had to spend so much time on it. We gave them a 150% tip that day, so hopefully they were happy, because we sure were :) We used to never take our cars to the car wash because they usually charge an arm and a leg for anything of high quality. Randy's CarWash changed that for us. Our cars are always clean now and we're that much happier to drive in them. read more

This car wash is so many good things, it's hard to know where to begin. First of all Randy is the most hardworking man I know. He works right along with his employees and I've seen times when it's just him doing the vacuuming, washing, drying and all other detailing right by himself. Randy never complains about anything. I've never seen him have a bad day. Your car whether done by Randy, solo or 2 or 3 helpers is show room perfection. I found this car wash via the internet because I had just purchased a brand new vehicle and only wanted a hand car wash. That was over 3 years ago and I have never left disappointed. One more thing. After searching Yelp I chose Randy's Car Wash because of the great reviews, how could anyone go wrong? The pictures are self explanatory. Also, my husband was told he could wait outside on one of the lawn chairs provided, folks it's December, cloudy and 45 out, the man near froze! What's happened to common decency? For the life of me I do NOT understand why folks treat others this way. According to the reviews, unless you are a pretty young woman or a well to do Dr., I would advise you to take your business elsewhere if you expect to receive the service you paid for. My husbands car was NOT clean inside or out. Had I been there this would have ended much differently and you boys should be thanking God that I was not there. Shame on you! read more

I want to add my five-star review to the list. Randy vacuumed my trunk and interior, cleaned the dash (which was filthy), and removed the gunk from the interior windows (to which I asked him to pay special attention). He then hand-washed and dried the car, and hand-waxed it. He let the car sit for 25 minutes while the wax set, then hand-buffed it. Of course he applied that sparkle glow to the wheels and tires. The cost was only $20 more than the machine-wash and wax detailing (that involved application and removal by a buffer affixed to a hand drill) place that I had been going to for 20 years (and closed). Takes a little longer so you need to allocate your time, but it is worth every penny. read more

I found this place on google and it had 4.8 'a. I got here early after I got my oil changed and they opened ON TIME at 8:30am! (Insert praise dance here, lol) Can we say thank you Lawd! I will say I was a little skeptical at first, but after reading the reviews how could I not give them a chance! It was my first time here and Randy took care of my baby like it was his own. I was going to the other car washes and paying $30 plus tip and my car never looked this damn clean. I paid $15 plus a generous tip for an excellent full service wash! How can you beat that? Before I tell my story, for those who might not read this entire review, let me just say... Dependable * cost-effective * thorough * superb customer service * excellent detail These are just a few words I would use to describe Randy's Car Wash. The first time I went, I found him on Yelp and the reviews were amazing. They were also correct about being skeptical when they saw it. You can easily miss it because it honestly doesn't look like a car wash. But, you know those hole-in-the-wall restaurants that don't look like much, but have the best food? Randy's is one of those. My first visit, he washed my seats and covered the driver's seat with towels so I wouldn't get wet driving home! Not disposable towels...like legit towels. Fast forward to my next visit. I spilled 2/3 gallon of bright yellow paint in my trunk. I had no idea what to do. The first person I thought of was Randy. I called him at 6:00 on a Saturday and he told me to bring it to him and he would see what he could do. Well, as you can see from my pictures, he got out almost all of the paint! He worked on it for an hour and what he wanted to charge me was crazy! I ended up tripling it. He told me I could leave the liner with him and he would work on it a little more then put it out in the sun to dry and I could pick it up the next day. What?!?! After reading the many positive reviews about Randy's Car Wash, I decided to go in for a wash instead of my usual car washer. I came in at 8:35AM on Wednesday with little expectations except for a decent car wash. The results of my wash was just simply passable with the floors vacuumed and a simple towel wiping. Literally nothing special. I paid $25 +tip for the wash, and it was overall disappointing. I am by no mean cheap, but what happened to Wednesday Women's Day discount? The wash here was not worth the price I paid,. From now on, I'm sticking to my regular car washer that charges literally the same price but a much better result. read more

I came all the way from SWFL to escape Irma and found Randy's Car Wash right near where I was staying in Duluth. My jeep was filthy and covered in bugs from the 17 hr drive I had endured. Not only did my car look amazing when Randy was done, I enjoyed my time hanging out there while I waited! Randy was extremely fast, very accommodating a nice person to talk to!
