I am a member of one of the wash clubs so for 3999 a month I get unlimited services. I do appreciate the unlimited wash and as I said it does a great job on the outside I use it often. However due to the traffic as well as the vacuums it don't work when they build another one close to me I will definitely be checking it out. So I do recommend them for the exterior wash and for the convenient location but until they get those vacuums up to par on a consistent basis I cannot recommend them with five stars!

I love the way they pre wash your car with care before going into the tunnel to get the automatic wash. After the wash they have large spacious stations to vacuum your car out for free. There are always clean towels available, large trash cans, window cleaner. To my amazement they have an air blower nozzle that is really good to blow the toughest dust clean away, there is also a nozzle that sprays window cleaner too. My favorite thing about this place is the vacuums are super strong, I was able to use it to suck up a tough piece of melted something off my carpet with out cleanser only the strong powerful vacuum suction. I will come here to keep my car clean. I'm even thinking about getting a membership so I can come anytime I want.

Sometimes between work, life, and just making it through the day is enough stress, when someone else can pick up the slack for some bucks, I go for it. Dealing with a tree that my car is usually parked under, hard rain and disrespectful birds, my white car has been struggling! So I was on the hunt for someone to detail my car and hopped on Yelp. First, where are all the detailers?! Those that I found didn't answer the phone or return my calls, and I was being super impatient so I kept it moving. After searching for a bit longer, I gave up and figured, "...I guess I'll just wash my own car!" (Lol like, girl get up!) So I began searching for car washes and came across East Point Car Wash - perfection. When I arrived, I noticed it was a busy Saturday! There were plenty of customers using the various stations around the car wash, perfect day for some car love I assume. I parked behind another car and waited for my time to enter. But before I did, I lowkey freaked out because I only saw the cash/change machine but no ATMs/Card readers and I only had a card - yikes! So I quickly drove around the corner and got some cash... only to return and see that there wer card readers in the wash bays - man! Lol. BUT - the cash was used and didn't go to waste lol but know that you can use your card here. :) I'm a late in life driver and feel like I've only washed my own car like 3x in life, and have washed more cars for charitable efforts than anything else. Well, I may owe some folks some refunds because I was not that good when I first started washing my car this day lol. I love that the dial has so many options that are easy to choose from + the extendable broom/sprayer/tools, and there's ample space to move around. But I was still a bit confused on some things but lucky me, there were plenty of helpful Uncles around to assist me while dropping some southern charm at the same time lol. I didn't feel overwhelmed by the assistance offered, they were all kind and respectful and offered to wash it all for me. How sweet! I accepted the helpful tips (like the one that told me to use the engine cleaner to get off hard spots - brilliant) and was happy to know they were around if help was needed. Each function was so great + the vacuum section and fragrance options = so worth it! My only complaint is that you're not offered much time for your $4-$5 required purchase. I feel like I was racing to wash my little car in that time frame and definitely spent about $20 to wash the whole thing. BUT - it does look fantastic! I will absolutely be back and this time, I'm letting one of those nice gentlemen wash my car because maybe they'll do it faster and save me some $ while I look pretty. The two young attendants on duty were extrordinary in assisting me. They went the extra mile to clean my car mats and they had great attitudes while doing so in very hot weather. My 5-year old grandson also helped to put a sparkling shine on my Lexus tires and the employees helped to make his effort fun!
