I was looking for a car wash close to my house and I always see hard working people at this place so I gave it a try. Prices are listed -in the pictures, but an attendant also goes over options prior to making a selection. A vacuum and wipe down is included either way. Customers can sit outside or inside during the wash. Once you pay, there is a number and that number is called once your car is completely ready! I got a basic machine wash and it took about 20/30 minutes from beginning to end! read more

If I could leave zero stars I would. We chose the hand-wash option thinking they would be gentle. Paid $32 just for them to break my window (put a hole in it), try to cover it up, and leave glass in the trunk and the back seat. They literally stacked pillows and blankets I had in my car just to hide the hole. Didn't mention to me AT ALL that someone had created a hole in my car. And didn't even bother to clean up the glass. No one said a word until I said something and instead of being helpful, they said "well we can vacuum up the glass but the window is broken. Nothing we can do about it" They refunded us the money back, but it's unbelievable the lack of responsibility or care they had. read more

Paid $43.00 for their premium hand car wash and wax... The gift left yellow bugs all over my front bumper all over the back of the mirrors.. usually I would have thought before I left but I missed it this time. Account smoke with him no I couldn't bring it back because I had a wedding to get to in Florida I told her I'd see her once he got back no problem we promise we'll make it right.. it would be laughable but it's so pathetic!!! I go by today. I had it in mind fo ask for a Discounted price On a Simple Wash.. They acted like I was a liar because the girl didn't write anything down. My friend just had the rear view mirror of his gorgeous Corvette broken off here. The owners didn't accept any responsibility. He has been a long time patron and referred many other people to this business. This is a shame and it's not right. My friend posted about it on Facebook and some of the replies on his post are concerning as well, and are as follows: They scratched my Mercedes 2 weeks after I bought it! Unfortunately I didn't notice it until I got home b/c it was on the passenger side, so I didn't confront them. In retrospect it seemed like they knew it & were trying to hide it by the way they pulled the car out & parked it on the very end, so I never saw the passenger side. I never went back. I've been going there for years. The service sucks now. They just charged me $10 extra day before yesterday because I had too many bugs on my grill of the truck. What? Never before. And one of the smart ass associates said "prices going up as well"! I'll be going elsewhere for sure. Sorry about your mirror They wrecked my husbands new truck about 9 years ago and we had to take them to court to get it fixed.. ran the whole side of the truck down the wall They stole a camera from our car that we forgot was in there. Use your lawyer buddies. Never went back and always advised folks not to if they asked about car washes. read more

I used to got this car wash when the original owner built it, but after that I didn't go any longer as the prices were too high. Damaged the front grill and lettering on our new Range Rover with chemicals they used on it, but wouldn't accept responsibility. We even reviewed their video and saw the car being sprayed right where the damage occurred! Tried calling immediately after leaving the car wash but no answer and their voice mailbox was full. So, we drove back to speak with the GM within an hour of the Car being washed and noticing the damage. He was very aggressive/combative and said there was nothing they could do. We showed him photos of the car (purchased two weeks ago) before coming here but he said he didn't care. We weren't so upset that the damage happened becasue it was an accident. But it's pretty sorry for a business not to stand behind their work and own their mistakes. That's why businesses have insurance. We've been loyal customers here since it opened and never had a problem until today. i know they don't care if we never come back, but I do want to warn everyone out there to stay away! Now we're stuck having to pay for their mistake. read more

PLEASE SHARE if you live on the Atlanta south side!!! My husband has been at this car wash for HOURS waiting on them to find the other car they put his keys into!! If you or someone you know were at the Crystal Carwash on Hudson Bridge Sat morning, 17 Nov, probably driving a 2010+ silver Toyota Camry, PLEASE look inside to see if there is an extra set of keys that don't operate your car. The carwash management just wants us to WAIT AND SEE IF THE OTHER CUSTOMERS NOTICE THE EXTRA KEYS!!!!! PLEASE SHARE!!!! UPDATE: After waiting several hours for the Crystal management to take some action to find the key, we pressured them into calling the police. Because the Crystal management had video with the license plate number of the car they put our keys in, the police were able to track down the other car owner & call her. She was out of the area by then, but had wondered why she had an extra set of keys. The police asked her to drop the keys by the carwash on Sunday. We stopped by the carwash after church & lunch to see if the lady had dropped off the keys & she had. The carwash management hadn't called to tell us that the keyfob was there and still did not offer any compensation for our trouble! If we had not pressured them to take action by calling the police, I do not think they would have done anything to recover the keyfob! DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH!!! read more

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. They broke a piece that connects the control button to the side of my door off and blamed me. One of the workers told me that it was not like that when he saw it but Melvin the "General Manager" tried to tell me it was like that already. Melvin isn't even his real name, he lied. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! While Melvin and I were speaking he snatches the incident report from me and tells me he is done with me and marched away like a child. I informed Melvin I would be calling the police and he stated for me to call them because they weren't going to do anything because its a civil matter. He is a completely unprofessional individual. Crystal Carwash - The damage - Auto Detailing Near Me - Stockbridge, Georgia

I try not to do reviews because I know and understand that everyone has bad days but first impressions are everything. When I pulled in everyone was friendly but I was a little shocked that they charge $30 for a hand wash and vacuum, that's really pricey considering I normally go somewhere and pay $20. My car was ready in less than 30 mins so that was a plus but imagine my surprise when I walk out to the car and see little black specs all over it. Of course I bring it to their attention and they get the "manager". I myself am a customer service manager so I expected him to hear me out and come up with a reasonable solution. He proceeds to tell me that the black specs were already there and the washer asked him if he wanted them to try to get them off and he told them no. He also advised that the spots come from trees and in order for them to remove them it would be considered a detail which is an additional $50. I informed him that I've never seen these spots even when I go through a basic car wash and the worker next to us also told him that he didn't see the spots when I drove up. He proceeds to tell me that the worker doesn't know what he's talking about and my car was real dirty (that's why I'm at the carwash). I asked if he noticed the spots why as a "manager" he wouldn't have brought it to my attention, that's good customer service. I also asked who was over him and he told me no one, I asked if he owned the car wash he said the Kim's do, I asked for their info, he advised he handles anything to do with cars. After he saw that I wasn't an amateur and I'm about my business then he offered me a free hand wash and stated they would try to get the spots off in the future which is what they should've done in the first place. Here's the thing, you guys are already charging a lot for basic services and then your "manager" proceeds to try to argue with me(a paying customer) about an issue that should've been addressed as soon as it was noticed. They can keep the free wash, I'll never visit this establishment again or recommend it to anyone. It's kinda funny because my company was looking to contract with a company to clean and detail all of our trucks, this company definitely won't be it. I'm attaching a pic that shows the specs and bird poop on my door that they failed to remove during the hand wash. I'll get the contact info for the Kim's and let them know the unsatisfactory service that's being provided at this establishment. read more

I don't usually do reviews, but I'm both a business owner and consumer that expects to get the services that I pay for. Every experience at this carwash has been much less than so. They do a great basic wash and clean. However, the $30 and $40 details shown are no different than the cheaper ones. They are quick, but rightfully so as several people are on one car at a time. They don't have a damage policy. Reason one to walk away. I recently had a vehicle damaged possibly when parked but of course no one knows what happened. Ironic, bc on the way home I said to myself I'd not use them again because of the lack of quality for the price. Thankfully we were able to file a police report even after returning home since it's in the same county. I just hate that this is a repeated disservice at a local business. read more

Ripped off. They had my truck for 6 hours and I get a call it's done. I arrived 10 minutes later and buddy was cleaning the wheels. Still had a french fry under the seat. Windows were still dirty. Smudges on the sun roof that weren't there when I arrived. Wax on plastic. Wax in gaps that could been reached with something bigger than a toothbrush but at least a toothbrush. One tire wasn't even treated. Tonneau cover was missing wax down the center. Fingerprints all over the interior and dash. Do not do not do not shrug this review off...and do not give this place any of your money, they won't work as hard for it as you did. read more

Pulled in to a friendly reception. Was having an suv cleaned. I said I wanted the interior thoroughly cleaned. They said SUVs were $2 more which is fine so far. The car looked good and I drove away happy. When I got home to put some things back in the back of the car I found that part had not been touched. I have a bike rack, maybe they did not know how to move it out of the way but they should have asked. I did not want to go all the way back so I called to ask them to take five dollars off my card or offer me a discount next time. I called twice and left a message. No return call. I called a third time. They said since they already did the work they would not adjust the charge. I asked if they normally clean the back they said they would have to research that. There is nothing to research. It's standard to clean it or not. If not they should have told me. If so they should have done it. The attitude was just totally evasive and dismissive. I cleaned the back myself. I will never go back. read more

I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE! I don't know how it is possible to be so consistently BAD at washing cars. Again, I have streaks on my windows that I have to go home and clean. Crystal Carwash - This is a picture of my visor that Crystal carwash employees broke Don't go to these car wash - Auto Detailing Near Me - Stockbridge, Georgia

I had my car and van washed yesterday. I have used Crystal Carwash 20+ times in the past but it has been a year since my last visit. Both cars were unacceptable when completed. The seat cracks had not been vacuumed and the drivers floor mat looked like it had not been vacuumed. The rags being used to dry the car off where filthy. "LITERALLY FILTHY" like they had been laying on the ground. The fifty rags left scratches on the hood of my red car. The interior also looked horrible. It took me longer to correct their mistakes than to wash the car myself. The front window had multiple bugs left on it. I pointed out several of the places they missed and they recleaned them but I should not have to point out such obvious poor mistakes. The scratches could not be fixed. I have a new car so I pay extra for a hand wash to avoid scratches from a machine. What a waste of $54.00. I will no longer be a customer. read more

If this place could keep track of the floor mats then I would rate it higher. The first time I went they lost my right front mat and was about to send me about my way without none! I told the guy I had the front two done. He was able to find it so I dismissed the confusion. I paid for the $55 one and felt like it could of been a better job on the outside but the guy did a great job on the inside so I came back today. I spent the same amount and told them I wanted all four of my mats done this time. Yet again they try to send me about my way without my mats. I told the gentleman again I have mats missing. The guy said he only found two!! I explained I had four, the gentleman tried looking for it and had the manager review the cameras. From their views on the camera which he did show me they only see the front two mats pulled out. I know I came in with 4 mats and now left with 2 and no explanation!! I've spent $110.00 in 2 weeks at this place for them to not even care I have missing mats which will cost $125.00 for the set due to they don't just sell backseat Maxima mats!! Very dissatisfied!! Also dried wet stains are still all over my car but they supposedly waxed it?? Thanks but no thanks! Never here again! read more
