The owner did try to order and send me a new event control knob but he got the wrong one and it doesn't fit my car. He said he was going to do another one but I haven't heard from him in a very long time so the fact that I'm going to have to fix my car myself and I have a permanently misshapen dashboard tray obviously does not make me happy that I paid so much.
