The station was clean, but I must admit that the machine was a bit difficult to navigate. There were likely instructions that I simply missed however there was someone finishing up next to me that was nice enough to walk me through it. The shampoo and conditioner smelled lovely. The dryer had a low and high setting which was nice. I was able to walk right up to an empty station upon arrival. When I looked up when I was finished, there were at least 4 people that had formed a line behind me. I was leaving around 11:30 am. This might be the busier time of the day so you may want to consider arriving a little earlier. Note: Duchess wasn't as impressed, but it was no fault of the wash station!

When you pull up to select your service, an attendant checks the inside of your vehicle to make sure it isn't overly packed with personal belongings. I actually think that's a really thoughtful step because it shows consideration for the employees who will be cleaning the interior. It's a small detail, but one that speaks to how they operate. I chose the interior and exterior cleaning package, which came to about $46. While that may sound a little pricey to some, it was absolutely worth it to me. I simply didn't have the time--or honestly, the energy--to deep clean my car myself, and I knew they would do a much better job than I would. Sometimes convenience and quality are well worth the investment. The gentleman who serviced my car was very kind, and the customer service here has always been consistently good. The entire process only took about 10 minutes, and my car looked fantastic when they were finished. One thing to keep in mind is that this location can get pretty busy. I happened to go on a Tuesday around 2 p.m., so I lucked out and avoided a long wait. But even when there is a line, I'd still say it's worth it.
