The guy at the entrance was helpful and explained the differences between different washes. Although the basic wash is a little costlier than other places, we liked that they had some people manually put car soap before it went through the automated wash. Also, the place has many self-vacuum cleaning spots, which is helpful, especially on busy days. They also have cleaning fluids and damp clothes to help with cleaning the car. If you are a car enthusiast and live close by, I would suggest taking their monthly plan and saving a lot of money even when you visit every weekend. Definitely recommended

I was nearby and wanted a relatively quick and cheap car wash so I went here. The basic car wash…read morewas $12 and it did a nice job overall. I left with my car looking clean and shiny. It wasn't perfect, as I had a lot of dead bug spots on my car from a long cross-state drive, but it did a decent job of getting them off and the rest that was stuck, I was able to get using the rags and cleaner at the vacuum station. The vacuum station is really nice. The vacuums are powerful and they have them on each side, making it so much easier than dragging it over my car, which most other places I have to do. I did not see one of those mat machines but they had the powerful air spray which helped with cleaning the mats. Overall, it's a good spot but do not expect perfection. It doesn't clean the grill of the car well but it did clean the rest of my car well. I really liked how soapy it gets too going through the car wash.

The wash itself usually does a good job, leaving the car looking fresh. Staff are friendly, and the process is pretty fast most of the time. That said, it can get busy, especially during peak hours, and you might notice small spots being missed now and then. Check for the car antennas before checking in, you may get them damaged if you don't remove before the wash. The car wash is good for your value of money you spent here. Overall, it's a dependable place for regular washes, even if it's not perfect every time.

I thought it just needed a basic detail, but once they started, they stopped, brought me over, and showed me exactly what they found. The water had soaked all the way through the carpet and padding to the metal floor underneath. They explained everything, showed me photos, and asked for my approval before doing any additional work. I never felt pressured. They removed the rear seats, lifted the carpet, extracted the water, treated the area, and made sure everything was properly dried before putting it back together. I really appreciated their honesty, transparency, and attention to detail. It's rare to find a shop that takes the time to educate you instead of just handing you a bigger bill. If you're looking for a detail shop that truly cares about doing the job right, I highly recommend them. Excellent customer service, professional work, and great communication from start to finish
