The service advisor, Temara is very knowledgeable and patient. She gives detailed explanations of the work and the priority of the service needed. She uses Carfax for a service history and is able to give you a pricing plan so that you can prioritize your payments. Also Tamera has been extremely helpful, giving advice on used vehicles that I've purchased and it's service history. All women in particular should feel very confident with this repair shop. In the end, he refused to complete the service and told me to get my money back because I didn't want to listen to more excuses. I'm highly disappointed because I try to support Black-owned businesses, but this company does not reflect the professionalism and quality that should be expected.
