The detailing cars should be more detailed I feel like my was not truly cleaned SMH they need to do better When I asked for total the guy was like ummmmm like he was making up a price. I wish I would've took some pictures. I do believe they can watch cars good but the guys were being very lazy and I should've voiced way more when I first walked out the door and I saw the horrible job. Check your car thoroughly before you leave, I paid for an interior and exterior cleaning. While the outside was fine, the inside was disappointing. They didnt vacuum between my seats, left water marks and more. I understand if I want a really good job I should have paid for a full detail or just did it myself, but for $45 I dont think I'm being unreasonable by expecting my car to at least be clean at a glance. Their customer service was good, I let them know I was unsatisfied and they handled my issues on the spot but I still wont be returning. This was a very generous 2 stars just because they did slightly above bare minimum. read more

I drive a 22 GMC and I drove down from NJ and was looking for a hand car wash (I don't like automated car wash, it scratches the paint). So I called and they said I don't need a appointment, came right in they washed and cleaned the inside of the car and I opted in for the ceramic since I have to drive back home and they fix a spectacular job got rid of all the bug guts and was so happy of the job they did, she was super clean!!!!! Terrible!!! They close at 6pm but I got there at 5:10pm. I got the outside and interior wash(45.00). Wow! I don't think anyone vacuumed my car at all. I'm still looking at dog hair on my dash board. Like nothing was cleaned on the inside. I will NOT be going back there anytime soon. Needless to say, I tipped this business really good... silly me. What a RIP OFF! By far the worst car wash ever. Used to come here a few years ago and stopped because this same reason. Figure I give them another try with a new car. Same. Did not even clean the dash, dirt still on seats doors not even wiped clean. 45$ for nothing. Never again will this place get my business. Go support the local detail at the gas station they do a 100% better job and less money!! Can get a car wash an tip for this by one the locals at the gas station for this. As I was pulling out of my garage, I cut the corner too close and scraped the side of the wheel well. There was paint all on the side of it. I was referred by a friend to go see Ken and I'm so happy I did. He was friendly and professional on the phone. Upon arrival, he was ready for me, I didn't have to wait. He took care of the paint repair quickly and efficiently. I had some questions, which he was happy to answer; he didn't make me feel rushed. Ken is very knowledgeable about his craft. Shea butter spilled onto my car seat and I was in a panic. Called eeverywhere and reflections was the only place that answered and told me they could handle the shampooing but booked for a full detailing. I was most concern about the stain. Came in and a gentlemen took my seat out and told me to come back the next day ( I didn't even know the seats could be pulled out). I didn't have to leave my car like some places. Called me the next day to pick up the seat cushion and stain was gone. Shea butter is an oil! Half the container melted into the seat. I'm elated on the convenience friendliness and superb customer service. The price was great! Thought I would Have to pay at least a 100 but paid so much less! My only objection is thay I paid $125 for this same service in Florida, but paid $220 here. They seem to be right in line with all the other detail places in this area of Georgia. I come here often to get my car hand washed and vacuumed. Quick service. Comfortable waiting area. The owner personally inspects each vehicle for cleanliness upon completion. They have a much more expensive detailing package but it isn't necessary. $30 isn't bad for a quality wash and vacuum. read more

Excellent facility! I have had problems with the mirrors popping out in my MB, R350. I stopped going to drive thru car washes because of the damage they can sometimes cause. I told this place about my concerns, they heeded my warnings, and detailed my car with care and perfection! It looked brand new when they finished. I am hopeful they will continue to do good work. Called this morning to see if they took appointments for hand washes, they said no, just for detailing packages, come on up and we'll take care of you. So I did. There's one guy in the bay with a car, another in the garage cleaning an interior, and a third at a table eating a burger, nobody at the counter. All 3 of those guys saw me arrive, but nobody cared. Cooled my heels a bit, then left. No one ever said the first word to me or even acknowledged my presence or, apparently, gave a hoot that I took off. I won't be back. read more
