Full service wash for my truck. Thursday at 1530 there was no line which was a plus. Normally the cars are wrapped around the building. I guess everybody else is working. The drive through wash was pretty standard, but I purchased the complete wash which included a detail, inside and out for only $60. There are four workers really giving my truck a once over. I don't think that it was this clean when I drove it off the lot. Everybody is friendly and working, and when I say working, I mean fast and through. I will be back for sure. read more

Keep in mind that usually only fussy and bored people leave reviews. The hundreds of people that get their car washed a day and are satisfied usually don't take the time. Great car wash and value. The fact that you can basically get your entire car detailed for $40 in under 45 minutes is impressive. Of course they don't clean the inside of your car for the $20. That's insane. Definitely recommend and have never had an issue here with dozens of visits. read more

I was in there a few weeks ago and the manager William Wainwright came up an started yelling at me that i cant bring my car in anymore unless i pay him $22 extra. I said i have an unlimited plan Which he told me that's not how that works you can only come one time, you should read your recibit He told me that if i did not pay i would be band form getting my car washed. I am giving 2 stars only because their machine scrubs and they hand dry. For $20, I was expecting at least a brief, quick vacuuming. NOPE! -apparently ANY vacuuming is the responsibility of the owner, unless you pay them more. And the inside windows were not cleaned, wiped down, or even touched! Shouldn't that be a part of the cleaning due to safety?!! read more

I've had a monthly membership here for about a year. Staff always very friendly. Something has happened recently with their system and now I get a scrape every time on my back passenger side quarter panel. I canceled my membership. Very sad. Employee said he's had other people tell him same thing, but his can has no issues and he runs it through each day. Hate that I have to cancel, but tired of doing touch-up's after every wash. read more

Never gets my running boards, rear hatch or my fender wells clean. It does give swirl and surface scratches everywhere very noticeable if you have a dark car. The rags are always dirty there is better in town. read more

I pay $20 a month and can wash my car unlimited amount of times. I usually hit it early in the week or first thing in the am bc it can get busy. For the speed and value I can wash and detail my car without doing all the work myself and buying cleaning supplies. I'm very happy to be a loyal and monthly customer. All these complaints oh they didn't do this or that I detail my interior in 5-8 minutes and rather not have someone else in my car. My wife took our truck through yesterday and ended up with a flat tire. A guide had been removed leaving a jagged piece of metal exposed which shredded my tire. I had to leave work to go up and change tire out in car wash. Employees noted the concern had been raised to manager. Due to it being 4x4 I needed 4 tires replaced. Spoke with manager and told him I went with the cheapest tire available and had military discount applied to reduce cost. Manager, Will, spoke to Mark, the owner and offered to have a company put a used tire on my truck to match other treads. Lost time of work, lost day of vacation hotel, loss of weekly customer, and now likely small claims court. Employees are great unfortunately manager and owner were aggressive in customer service approach. read more

I bought the premium monthly membership and I've gone three times - i will not ever return to this place. I have a leased 2021 suv - this car wash scratched my vehicle so badly I need to return to the dealership for paint repairs on the hood and side doors. There was also a massive amount of tar stuck to the sides of my vehicle at the end of the wash, it was shocking! This place has cost me time I don't have and a small fortune in repairs, on my vehicle. read more

These jokers run one car at a time through the entire was cycle. There were 6 cars in front of me and it took almost 25 minutes to get to the wash itself. Then they have a huge sign that says hey..we are not responsible for anything as far as damage. I go to Tidal Wave by sams usually and it is much more efficient and faster. Twice the cars through and better wash. Their machine took off part of our luggage rack and tidal wave wrote us a check ASAP. No comparison here. Go to Tidal Wave! read more

As one of Peachtree city's only car wash you are kind of limited to where you go but they do a decent job most of the time. I have a monthly subscription and try to use it as much as possible. I pretty sure I visit enough so that the subscription pays for itself. The car wash does what it's supposed to do for the most part. The staff "preps" your vehicle before you enter the tunnel but my biggest complaint is they NEVER clean my step rails on my truck. Even when I ask they just run the brush over it once and then it looks like crap. You can pay EXTRA for an interior detail or you can you use the self service vacuums, mat cleaners and towels. The staff does do a quick dry off as you pull out of the car wash itself. read more

Best car wash I've ever used. My truck always comes out looking great. Tire shine is actually applied. Staff dries vehicles after you pull out. And they have vacuum stations that actually work. Plus they have rags and cleaner you can use and a floor mat station. I get the $10 wash every time and I couldn't be happier. read more

I had tons of pollen on my Prius C and did the $10 wash because I didn't want to wax over the pollen in case it didn't come off. Was glad I chose this option because it needed another run through the car wash. The attendant paid special attention to my problem areas and scrubbed/pressure washed the areas and let me run it through a 2nd time for no extra charge. The free self vacuum was great! My car looks super! Highly recommend and will definately return. read more

Should be called Ripoff. For $20, you get the "Ultimate" which includes riding through their machine washing system with lots of add-ons from the machine. That's it. That does not include drying your car, cleaning your windows or touching anything on the inside. That's another $20. I don't know any car wash in Atlanta that charges $40 for a full service car wash. Oh, and you can vacuum it yourself for free. What a ripoff! read more
