Attendants have to hand wash any vertical surface , windshield , tailgate, rear bumper, any vertical rear surface. Half the time they put little effort into it and any rear vert so surface comes out dirty. I had Unlimitted membership X2 cars . Finally cancelled Unlimitted membership due to inadequate wash. The owner should invest his profits on maintenance of his equipment.

I've been several times, sometimes the rinse and dry doesn't work very well so I have to mostly dry it by hand. Gezim brought my 2005 Land Rover back to life! The first owner was a smoker and it has been several years of me trying to rid the car of that stink with no success, but he did it! No more stink even when it sits in the sun all day! Got some really nasty stains out of the carpet and leather seats too.Great customer service, very personable, and even better quality of work! Also, the price was $40-$80 lower than any other shop had quoted me.
