I recently moved to the McDonough area and I needed new tires and brakes. Looked this place up on Google and the reviews were good so I tried them out on 9/14/2022. I had come the previous Saturday to get tires but they had to order them, which they did no problem. They called me Monday to let me know they were in but I wasn't off again till Wed. Got here a lil after 8 on Wednesday and they took my car back right away. I got tires amd brake and was done by I think 1130 or so. They are nice and the waiting area is comfortable but chilly so bring a jacket. Also I walked over to Leo's for breakfast which is very good and cheap. Wednesday is lady's day so they give free cupcakes which is a nice touch. I will be back for future car care needs. I'm impressed. read more

I have been going here for years to get oil changes on My wife an Myself's vehicle. Mainly because they are what they claim to be 'Pretty Dang Quick'. I've been on multiple occasions where there was 5+ cars in front of me an have never waited over an hour. If there's 3 cars or less you're almost guaranteed to be out of there in under 25 minutes. On average I spend about 15-20 minutes each pass. Service is friendly and informative every time. I don't ever feel they're trying to upscale me on something I don't need. I've also had a tire changed here once at a decent price and in under 1 -1/2 hours. Prices are pretty average around 40$ for a regular oil change. An Wednesday is woman's day 1/2 price oil changes. Would refer to anyone. read more

I absolutely love this buisness!!! Each time I go to have my oil changed, they are always friendly, prompt and courteous! They aren't pushy either like most places who change your oil. They don't try to scheme extra money out of your pocket. They tell what you need and actually show you. Each Wednesday is ladies day, they give you five dollars off your oil change. Took my 2000 jeep in for alignment and the jeep was only pulling to the right and steering wheel was off, there was no shaking of the jeep. The alignment was complete. I left the jeep was pulling to the right and shaking and steering wheel was still at 10 o'clock position. I went to Walmart to double check my new tires which came out with no issues. I went back to PDQ and was told I need to take the jeep to a place that works on Jeep because they have no clue. I asked for my money back $80 through the better business bureau since PDQ had no clue how to work on jeep's. While, I was waiting for my alignment 2 woman came in complaining about their repairs. I should have left then and went down the street for my alignment for $20 more. You get what you pay for. PDQ didn't have the balls to respond to my complaint:This message is in regard to your complaint submitted on 8/10/2022 against Pdq Fast Lube. Your complaint was assigned ID 17701645. I came to have my car looked at because my battery was dead. Jason was VERY RUDE and NASTY. He told us 5-10 minutes while i was 20 minutes away, but my car was at the shop with someone else. He opened the hood and started helping other people as they drove up. " my car is a repair and their getting oil changes." So i won't get my car looked at until other people stop driving up????? Then he got all smart mouth and started saying "Do you want me to tell you an hour? Do you want me to tell you an hour?" I'm a customer not your child. Have respect and learn how to treat your customer. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. read more

I came here for an oil change this morning! Apparently Wednesday is Ladies' Day, and I missed that (Darn). On ladies' day you get a discount and a "treat." Fortunately, he had a cupcake left and gave it to me! #score! Seriously though, this was the best, quickest, most professional oil change I've ever had. I drove right in, got my oil changed in 10 minutes. They filled the air in my tires without me asking and ran a check on the car all within that 10 minutes. They give you a card for 1/2 off every 5th oil change as well. They are full service as well, and anything they don't do he stressed that he'd refer me to someone he trusts! LOCALLY OWNED AND OPERATED as well. This will be my "go to" for oil changes in the future! read more

PDQ will be my go to for any repair work in the future. I have been there twice in the past 6 months and both times I asked for work that they said wasn't needed. I asked for a balance and tire alignment and they balanced the tires, put the car on the machine and the alignment wasn't necessary. Believe it not, they didn't charge me. This past weekend we had a serious vibration we took it in to re-balance. They checked the tires which were ok, then they spent 6 hours looking into the problem and found a bubble in the tire. Again, no charge. These guys are respectful of your time and money. They will be my go to for any work I don't do myself. read more

This is the best place I have ever been since I have moved to GA. I came here today for my breaks to be repaired. As soon as I pulled in a very friendly woman came and helped me. I told her what I needed and she immediately checked my front and rear breaks. She said just my rear breaks needed to be repair and how much it would probably be. She also let me know if any possible unexpected costs of other things needed to be repaired. She was genuine and honest from the start. Then the mechanics that helped me were very professional, fast and efficient. They didn't try to pressure me to do anything I did not want. I added a oil change and emission at the last minute and never showed frustration with me. On top of that, I was having a bad morning today (my mood had nothing to do with them) and I am sure my face showed that I was upset. They all still were very friendly and patient with me and even gave me a fern plant to cheer me up. That made my day. They are also a God fearing group of people which I could tell from their professionalism and biblical motivational phrases on the wall. They truly turned my bad day into a great day. They advertise you will receive an oil change in 10 minutes and that's exactly what happened. It's really clean in the inside and the lobby chairs are comfortable too. This is a great place for car maintenance. I went to their new location on 155 and had a great experience. They had me out in 20 minutes. A little pricier than I was used to but they give military discounts so that was appreciated. The only thing they are missing is an actual listing on maps and their website! Learn from my mistake. I took my car in for an oil change only to get home and notice an oil leak later. Went back the same day to notify that I had a leak but was told that nothing was wrong. (which was a lie) My mistake was not pushing the issue of something being wrong and left again. My car never leaked oil before so I should have been more stern that something had to be wrong. I did not go back to get my oil changed here since. Only to find out from a trusted mechanic later there was a crack near the plug. Guys in the shop are nice but I will not be returning and will not recommend this place. read more

Technician put the wrong type of oil my car.. One day later the car stopped running. They dont want to be responsible saying it was a coolant leak that cause the motor to break down but at the same time they marked coolant was full. Looks like law suit in the making. Go at your own risk read more
