We had a flat tire while in the city of McDonough. I yelped D & A- called and they were closing in 23 minutes. I explained we were trying to inflate the tire enough to get to the place. If was pouring rain and we were soaked. Pulled in at 3:03 and this wonderful husband and wife duo helped us, even though they had somewhere to be. I was driving on the wrong size tires for about 2 YEARS. I visited other tire shops and auto repair shops over the years and NOT ONE recognized that my tires were too small for my SUV. (I previously brought it up to another tire shop that replaced a flat but they assured me it was the right size) I initially called D&A tires and the customer service and attention was present from the very first phone conversation. From the start, Danny covered all bases by asking me the right questions and verifying the tire size and make that were compatible with my vehicle. He ended up provided me a better (and safer) solution within my budget. When I finally showed up at the shop, he along with rest of the staff showed me the same patience and attentiveness throughout my on site experience. The staff is extremely polite and waste no time, they move at lightning speed. He is a business owner who really cares about people, his staff (I respect owners who treat their staff well), and providing HONEST service and quality products. "BEWARE" if you have decent wheels stay away from this tire shop.we have a 2013 car with aluminum wheels and we needed a good used tire since ours had a hole in the side of it.so we go there and the guy who was changing the tire took 4 tries just to get the tire on the wheel and then he lowered the machine down to where it dug a ring around our entire wheel.then after the owner was told the wheel was damaged the owner walked all around the car looking at the other wheels for any blemish to try and get out of what had been done that i stood there and watched him do with my own eyes. so then he wanted us to give him a chance to fix it and that ended with the cops being called and he still had a full day to fix it and could not, when we got the wheel back it was actually way worse than it was to begin with.so after the threat of taking him to court he agreed to replace the wheel with another wheel later that day and a week later we got the new wheel and the color does not even match the other factory wheels. so if you have a old work truck this shop may work great for you, but if you value your wheels, you better think twice before going to d&a tire shop because the guy who changed our tire did not know what he was doing and and did not respect our property and it showed.now i will have to find another wheel that's actually the correct color for the car since i cant deal with these people any longer.consider yourselves warned... the shop should just be called DA TIRE SHOP ,its a true better fit.. read more
