Jake, the service advisor I worked with, was rude and dismissive from the start. He accused me of providing fraudulent information and spoke to me in a way that felt extremely disrespectful--like I wasn't even worth basic courtesy. It felt demeaning, especially with a full store of customers around. After speaking with his manager, his tone shifted--and at one point he even raised his voice while explaining that they don't price match over a certain dollar amount. That may be their policy, but it was never explained clearly upfront. To make matters worse, when he called BMW directly, the quote actually came back cheaper than what I had originally provided--so the accusation toward me was completely unnecessary. I came in needing tires immediately, so I didn't have the luxury of leaving, but if I did, I would have gone somewhere else without hesitation. No customer should be treated the way I was. I won't be returning to this location, and I would strongly recommend better training on customer respect and communication.

I arrived at 11:00 AM to have two tires replaced, and what should have been a relatively straightforward service has turned into an unnecessarily long and frustrating experience. After sitting for an extended period with absolutely no updates, I went to the front desk to check on my vehicle. The employee simply responded, "Let me check." From where I was sitting, I could see that the tires had been off my vehicle for at least 30 minutes, possibly longer, with little to no visible progress. The employees appeared to be moving at a snail's pace. Another couple who arrived before me had already been waiting even longer. At the two-hour mark, I was told it would be another 20-30 minutes. Over two hours to replace two tires? Completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I initially called, I had no idea I was speaking with a call center. The representative instructed me to come to the location, only for the employee at the store to tell me he didn't see an appointment. The call center should have clearly identified itself and verified availability directly with the store before sending me over. My biggest issue is the complete lack of urgency, communication, and respect for customers' time. If there is a delay, communicate it. If appointments aren't confirmed, don't lead customers to believe they are. People have lives, responsibilities, and schedules. Their time matters. I certainly do not appreciate having mine wasted. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone who values efficient service and clear communication.
