This place stay on top of your need for changing oil and I had them do the rear end in my truck , since it probably never been changed , it was dark & at 179k miles , I decided to get it done , & a couple of lightbulbs were bad on my Center brake light! I've only gone twice but have had positive experiences each time. Unlike some of the other reviews I was actually not pressured at all to buy additional services (which was a relief for me.) the aesthetic isn't as nice and neat as some of the other instant oil places, but it gets the job done and is a little bit less expensive. Employees were friendly and social. read more

Stopped by for an oil change recently and was surprised to see how well informed the mechanics are. They kept me informed about my vehicle such as services it needed and some that were close to needing done. The reason for my bad review is I guess the manager? Was talking down to his mechanics and female employees In front of customers. I didn't enjoy seeing that while having my vehicle serviced and find it very unprofessional. Staying off the cell phone helps too. Kudos to the young man (Ryan? Brian?) who services my vehicle very smart young man. I'll Be taking my vehicle somewhere where employees are at least look to be respected in public. read more

Should be called "scam-lube". Long line of cars while o was waiting. It was quite the "coincidence" that no less than seven cars ALL had "burned out" tag lights. Lol. Such lies. I told her no thank you when the lady told me my light was burned out. My oh my I was so surprised! Not. I got out of my car and checked it myself. No issue and it worked just fine. Once I finally got to the area to get my oil changed the rude cashier informed me that checking my tire pressure and adding air was an "additional service" that would be a "additional charge". I said no thank you. Scumbag SCAM-lube. Go elsewhere. The owners are greedy dirtbags. read more

Pulled in to get an oil change, asked the attendant if they could take my company fleet card. She take's my card and comes back a few minutes later and "sure we can take that card, come on in" (and they did at their previous location) then when it time to pay, SURPRISE! We can't take that card.. that's why I asked before hand. And they look at me like I'm crazy. Then the manager was rude, like it was my fault. I've been coming here for about a year for regular oil changes and it's usually an efficient and professional experience. Not today. There seem to be a bunch of younger kids there today as if this was their summer job. Not quite the professionalism I'm used to at check out. I get a few blocks away and realize there's no windshield wiper fluid so I go back and to inform them and they're laughing and joking around as if it's no big deal. It is. Makes me wonder what else they really didn't do. I won't be back. read more

I went to their location before they recently moved. I sat there waiting for someone. I exited my car and walked to the customer lobby. The door was locked. No one approached me to see if I needed any help. I left and found somewhere else that I guess needed my business more. read more
