I had initially brought my 2000 Corvette to my local chevy dealer. I explained the issue and they told me it take four or five days to even diagnose the issue. As this is just a weekend car I dropped it off. This was on a Monday. I drove past the dealer a few times and my car never moved and neither did three other corvettes so on day 4 I went and picked it up. I knew of Olympic from my days of delivery driver for NAPA auto parts. I explained to dean the issue just like I did with the dealer. Dropped it off this past monday, got a call three hours after dropping it off with the results of their testing. I approved the extra labor to remove the front fender and picked the car up today...Wednesday. A super job and the issue is completely gone...... Definitely will use them again read more

I am a 72 yo widow who has used Olympic Tires for years. I recently had to have my tire pressure sensors replaced. I also asked for the dummy "Needs Maintenance " display to be reset. I talked about how it interferes with he seeing my sowed limit with the owner. They replaced the sensors and after I drove away I realized the "needs maintenance ""display was still on. I went back to get that taken care of and the owner attacked me verbally. He claimed I did not ask for the " Needs Button " display to be turned off. We argued about what I asked them to do. He yelled at me. I grabbed my keys and left. As I left he yelled that he hoped I find a place that could satisfy me. The next day the tire sensor light came back on. I called and spoke to the manager and was told I AM BANNED by the owner! I paid $250 for the service and it's still broken. The light is still on and flashing! I am not sure what's wrong with the owner that a simple request would trigger him and make him SO angry. Additionally, as I sat waiting for my repair a worker was cursing and using the F word. I did casually speak to his wife about it. I have never had an issue like this and was in shock. Even if the place does good work I can not recommend going to a place where you get yelled at for a simple request. Obviously something is wrong with this place for him to be so volatile. If I was a man it would be a different story. I can't believe they won't fix an issue I paid to have fixed! I don't recommend it esp if you are a female. read more

I used to work on my own car, between a Chilton Manuel and you tube I knew all the little tricks to make life so much easier. Any how, I started in honesty like most weekend garage projects we had to do it our self or it wouldn't happen happen (it was an 74 1/2 job. I got all kinds of 1 on 1 time keeping that piece of junk running which paid of now I know when I go to these garages (since after my wife passes away, I live in an apartment and I can't work on my cars here and I can't afford it to push them farther then the are capable, toy old garage. Ever since I purchased my first car as a teenager, I learned that it's difficult to find a good and honest mechanic. I'm so glad I came across this place. On more than one occasion I've asked them to check out something with my car and while they could have tried to make a buck by telling me I needed a [fill in the blank], they didn't. I've counted, and I've rec commended 9 family members to them. By the time I'm done, I'm sure my name will become the new company name. My boyfriend took my vehicle here, and we was praying that the brakes and rotors didn't need to be replaced. My boyfriend stated as soon as he walked in the service tech took the car for a test drive, and luckily it just needed the rotors resurfaced. I was told to order a part on eBay turns out it was not the part I needed.. Mine was working just fine .. Well now was told it was another part I needed ??okay still not working?? Okay one more part was ordered ... Part came in took the car in again left it over night ajum got the call car is ready.... When I turn the car on to my surprise the problem was not fix!!! Well he ask what I do to the car ,, ? Really I turned it on that's it Okay he took it back in yelling like a crazy man a swearing like a sailer !!! To his surprise they left a cable loose.. ?. Thought I might have a slow leak in one of my truck tires. They checked all four tires, found that all was ok, and inflated the tires to the proper pressure. No charge. Quick, friendly and helpful service - would definitely return for any future needs! read more

These guy did a poor job. It took them 3 hours to put on new rear breaks and rotors. And later that day I stopped on the side of the road because a vibration and metal clanging noise. So I went to the nearest shop, a pep-boys. I asked to speak with the manager and explained what I was experiencing. Turns out my Caliper was hanging on by a THREAD. One of the mounting bolts was gone and the other was almost out. He fixed it for free as long as I paid 3 bucks for the bolts. Completely ridiculous. Not coming back here again. read more
