I want to be clear upfront: I can't review the quality of their actual work, because I left before any service was performed. I went in for what should have been one of the most basic, standard services there is: a battery replacement, including installation and programming. I was clear that I was not authorizing diagnostics, not asking them to investigate issues, and simply wanted a price quote. They took my keys, said they would get me checked in, and then asked me to sign a repair authorization before providing any pricing. While doing so, they asked questions about jump starts and "what else might be wrong," even though nothing else was wrong and I wasn't requesting additional work. This felt less like quoting a battery and more like fishing for additional things to charge for. The authorization I was asked to sign contained open-ended language, including lien language, without any quote or not-to-exceed amount. When I declined to sign paperwork authorizing unknown charges just to receive a price, I was told that was their policy and that they would not even give me a range unless I signed. Battery + install + programming is about as standard and quotable as it gets. Refusing to provide even a ballpark price without first requiring open-ended authorization is, at best, extremely poor transparency. If you're comfortable signing paperwork before knowing what you'll be charged, this may not bother you. If you expect straightforward pricing for basic services, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. read more

When does it take 10 days for a simple repair to be done and cost you almost $3,000 for a starter and Battery repair? When you take it to right Auto Works in Loganville. My Mercedes-Benz S560 was towed to write Automotive and for 3 days no work was done because someone copied down the wrong number. When they finally got the number corrected it still took an additional seven days to get the repair done on my car. My car is a 2015 Mercedes S560 and for a starter to be replaced in a new battery it cost me $2,517! I had to call numerous times just to see if they had even started my vehicle? At the point I physically went up to the shop and told them either they get it fixed today or put it back together and I will take it elsewhere the repairs miraculously got done. When I went to finally pick up my vehicle and asked the service technician why a battery / starter repair costed $2,500 I was told because original OSM parts were placed on the and that is why the price was so high. After picking up my vehicle and thinking about it I began to get more and more upset at the apparent price gouging. I took the invoice that shows no detail totals to two automotive shops in both agreed that my repairs were very expensive for my particular vehicle. I called the shop back and asked could I speak to the shop manager so that we could discuss this issue. She did agree to meet with me and when I did she really had poor excuses as to why a repair that should have cost me around $1,200 Max ended up costing me $2,500? She even went so far as to show me the price of the part which was around $560 yet the price she charged me was $1200! How is that ethical or fair? Then she proceeded to tell me that had to repair has been done without the use of my extended warranty company it could have possibly have been cheaper? I asked her why didn't the technician tell me that and she said perhaps he didn't know or was not trained correctly? After going back and forth with poor excuses she saw my disbelief of her overcharging me almost $1,200 and had the nerve to offer me a free oil change. I own six vehicles and right Auto Works has lost the potential to service all of my vehicles for years in the future. I completely understand that this is a business providing a service but the treat your customers like this and to price gouge as I felt I have been a victim of it's just wrong. If I were you I would if I were you I would take your vehicle elsewhere to get repairs to a business that will be transparent with details and cost. read more

Stay away from this shop...Unethical and dishonest. Car is worse now than when I had it towed in, They did the repair, but left needing even more work. The owner asked if she can do the repair, I said id prefer a refund. I would'nt let this shop wash my car much less work on it again! The dishonesty...They lost my key never told me until they ordered and installed a new key and ignition, Did not program properly and she knows it. I have had my car serviced here many times. They always do a great job! Great value as well, the mechanics here are very skilled and are able to work on cars some places may not work on, like BMW, Mercedes, Audi, and Cadillac. Had some visits prior that were ok. today not ok kept telling me tests were being done and alot of poor communication since Icalled at least 5 times and never got a answer to simple questions I was asking. showed up to try and get answers and was lied to right to our faces no work had been done and the mechanic who I ran into outside said he had not tested anything on it but was about to. at that point Itold mechanic not. to touch the car. we then witnessed their so called manager throwing a fit to us saying he could deal with this now and put our key on counter and ran into his office obviously could not handle pressure to well. when I asked to have owner call me I never recieved a call. PS we told him we were taking car to Land Rover he said good luck with that. we drove to land rover where we were greeted and told they would investigate repair. before we even arrived back home they had diagnosed problem, which stemmed from a poor oil change they had done on it prior. they are obviously a rip off and no cheaper than a dealership and have sub par mechanics who have no clue what they are doing. Management is a bunch of overgrown kids with very poor social skills. beware its all smoke and mirrors and alot of social media BS. read more

The staff is exceptional. Everyone there was so attentive, and even though I had to wait to see one of the owners, Samantha, I was asked several times if I would like a drink and if there was anything they could get for me. There were two folks in the front office and they would take turns going to check to see when Samantha may be done with her conference call, as it was running past time. Everyone was super nice and informative. Also, the atmosphere is very inviting, comfortable, and super clean. The entire shop is super clean. You will leave knowing that you left your vehicle in very capable and caring hands. These folks actually give a crap about getting the job done right and timely! Highly recommended! read more

From the initial phone call, through the entire process, the owner, the shop foreman and the mechanic took time to communicate with an intention to educate, explain, and even show me on the car, what to look out for as I have an older vehicle.
