I wake up at 4am, so dragging it out that late was tough. Respect where it's due: the crew in the shop was busting it, super respectful, and they even explained some folks didn't show up that day. But here's the thing, none of that changes the fact that I finally got my car back at 7:35pm after they closed. The store clearly has value, and the guys working there know their stuff, but planning and execution matter just as much as customer service. I came in ready for plug and play.
