Jake, the service advisor I worked with, was rude and dismissive from the start. He accused me of providing fraudulent information and spoke to me in a way that felt extremely disrespectful--like I wasn't even worth basic courtesy. It felt demeaning, especially with a full store of customers around. After speaking with his manager, his tone shifted--and at one point he even raised his voice while explaining that they don't price match over a certain dollar amount. That may be their policy, but it was never explained clearly upfront. To make matters worse, when he called BMW directly, the quote actually came back cheaper than what I had originally provided--so the accusation toward me was completely unnecessary. I came in needing tires immediately, so I didn't have the luxury of leaving, but if I did, I would have gone somewhere else without hesitation. No customer should be treated the way I was. I won't be returning to this location, and I would strongly recommend better training on customer respect and communication.

We get tires cheaper being a veteran but we had no choice we needed to go out of town for court. I will be reporting this company to the BBB. We paid inver three hundred dollars for this tire. Talking about the Mavis besides Drive time, conyers. This is the worst business I ever patronized…read more I went in for Alignment and they convinced me to change 2 tires, ( I knew one had a nail in it ) , I agreed, they also mentioned changing my wipers and I agreed, I also agreed to a oil change which I normally do at Walmart. Ended up spending about $460. I was there about 9 hours as against 1 hour they promised because they did wrong and my car started shaking while I drive. I returned 3 times same day, they also detected something was wrong but they couldn't detect, they went into my rotors, brakes etc but got worse. I called customer care and they directed I take the car back for re-balancing. I chose to got to another Maviis and they found out that my tires were bad. We discovered that instead of removing the 2 damaged tires from my car, they took out the 2 good ones and replaced with new ones. I was still left with thee 2 bad tires that I paid iMavis to replace.
