Jake, the service advisor I worked with, was rude and dismissive from the start. He accused me of providing fraudulent information and spoke to me in a way that felt extremely disrespectful--like I wasn't even worth basic courtesy. It felt demeaning, especially with a full store of customers around. After speaking with his manager, his tone shifted--and at one point he even raised his voice while explaining that they don't price match over a certain dollar amount. That may be their policy, but it was never explained clearly upfront. To make matters worse, when he called BMW directly, the quote actually came back cheaper than what I had originally provided--so the accusation toward me was completely unnecessary. I came in needing tires immediately, so I didn't have the luxury of leaving, but if I did, I would have gone somewhere else without hesitation. No customer should be treated the way I was. I won't be returning to this location, and I would strongly recommend better training on customer respect and communication.

Upon arrival a gentleman stopped me and asked if he could help. I told him I was there to have tires put on and he laughed and said come back in 2 hours. When I questioned why he told me that the tire company had one bay and he showed up when he wanted. I went to More Miles Tires on Gresham and they had me in and out in 30 minutes. Styles has an unresponsive phone number with a full message box so you can't even contact them.

Poor experience -- costly repair did not resolve the problem…read moreI brought my vehicle to this shop based on a friend's recommendation because it was overheating. Before they began the work, I explained the issue in detail, provided the diagnostic trouble codes, and shared what I believed was the needed repair based on the information I had. Unfortunately, the repair performed was not what I requested or what I understood to be necessary to address the overheating issue. Instead, the shop recommended and completed a more expensive repair. After they had my vehicle for at least a week, I was told that the vehicle would be completed on a certain day. I spoke with the owner, he told me to come in. I came in, and my vehicle remained on the lift with the body closed up as if it were finished for approximately two hours while the mechanics appeared to be sitting in the work area talking rather than actively working on it. They then started packing up to leave and asked me to return the next day. I did not even have a ride home. In my opinion, the repair could have been completed as promised if the work had been actively performed during that time. What also made me uncomfortable was being asked by the receptionist to leave a tip for the mechanics before my vehicle had even been repaired or returned to me. After the repair was completed, I paid approximately $1,000. Within three days, the same overheating problem returned. From my experience, the original issue was not repaired, and I was not offered a refund for the work that did not resolve the problem. I understand that vehicle repairs can sometimes involve additional diagnosis and unexpected issues. However, I expected clear communication, efficient work, an accurate repair, and accountability when the same issue returned almost immediately. Oh, and when I got my vehicle back, my battery charger was busted, as if someone took a wrench to it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.

Then when you complain, they try to sell you a new a/c compressor because your old one is not pumping at all! Tech swears is was blowing cold when he backed it out. Tech is a liar!!!

Currently, I'm waiting on Corporate customer service to get back with me, and just like the experience at this location, I'm getting the same "let's pretend we're proactive", however NOTHING is getting done. What's wild is, a mobile mechanic got the job done in 30 minutes, I'm safely back on the road, and still waiting for my refund from these guys. They're going to be really nice here, and go deep deep in your pockets as much as they can. Find a good mechanic that you can trust, and stick with that person as long as you can. In regard to tires, Mavis or Discount Tire are your best bets.
