From my personal experience, here are the main key points that I think you need to know (both good and bad): 1) They do negotiate. 2) They do not charge any extra fees (no dealer fees, no bogus package add on fees, etc). 3) They do not pressure you in any way; very quick easy used car buying process. I decidedto go to Ford, which that's all I've owned anyway once I entered into the establishment I was greeted by Aramis the sales person. I immediately told him about my bad experience and then he told me that he would ensure my experience at this dealership would not be bad whether I bought a vehicle or not once I told him what I was looking for he immediately went to work by browsing through his inventory and then brought out a vehicle that was everything that I wanted it was a fairly simple process as my finances are squared away, and my credit is A+ plus, there was no pressure to buy in the sale and I also finance through my credit union. Unfortunately, for me, I had a medical event that prevented me from driving at the time however they allowed me to keep the vehicle there for about a week until I I was medically cleared to pick it up. I also had to utilize help from friends during this time of purchase and they were just as gracious to them. It has been over 20 years since I have bought a new vehicle and coming in dealing with a medical event that I previously had had was going to be challenging but diverse for itself especially Aramis and Bill were the ultimate professionals and I would definitely go back to them or wherever they go to get my next vehicle. Also, when I purchased the vehicle, my neighbor noticed a rubber piece was coming up as a vehicle was preowned. I took it back within two weeks of purchase and they corrected the issue which needed a new piece and I was able to get the new piece at no charge. I walked in at 10am, and car was finished at 04pm. No updates of my car status or anything. For simple Removal & Placement of new tint...and the business was not busy at all whatsoever. Employees simply not showing great service lounging around on phones. The location is "Fast & Friendly"...but only if you come in with a luxury car or they know you. The same as someone else stated in a previous review. If you have one of those two things going for you, You will receive all the attention and service. They also advertised a July Tint Sale on instagram which was NOT Honored at all. I wouldn't recommend the Decatur location but have heard good things about the Buckhead location.
